Get your motorcycle, ATV, or UTV running perfectly with the correct powersports carburetor rebuild kit. In many places, it’s common to store motorcycles over the winter, and in the spring find out they run poorly or won’t start at all. The culprit is often a dirty, corroded, or gummed-up carburetor. Also, a carburetor will wear with normal operation, causing rough running, hard starts, fouled spark plugs, and other issues. Contents will vary, but a carb rebuild kit can include a main jet, pilot (idle) jet, needle and needle jet, float, needle and seat, mixture screws, gaskets, O-rings, and more. They’re available for all types of carburetors, including CV (constant velocity), flat slide, and round slide, from manufacturers like Keihin, Mikuni, S&S, and others. Be sure to confirm your motorcycle, ATV, or side by side’s year and model to get the correct kit. Also make sure the kit matches your vehicle’s number or carburetors—kits may contain only the parts for one carburetor, or enough parts to rebuild them all.
