APR turbo outlet pipes replace the factory plastic pipe with a high-quality aluminum pipe that is a constant diameter within. APR pays close attention to the airflow paths and provide as few bends and tight radius turns as possible to maximize performance. Unlike the factory plastic pipes, APR's won't melt and crack under extreme conditions. This direct replacement piece additionally deletes the turbo muffler, which is integrated into the pipe on the Golf R/S3 and similar platform vehicles. The pipe features bead rolled connection points to resist hose slippage, and all mounting brackets are TIG-welded to the pipe for a strong connection. Finally, the pipe is finished in an attractive satin black finish. This all results in a more reliable setup and increased performance through a smooth and strong uninterrupted airflow path. COBB Tuning intercooler hard pipes allow the use of the factory or COBB intercooler core, while cleaning up the engine bay and freeing up airflow to the engine. These hard pipes make great replacements for factory plastic tubing, removing restrictions and improving airflow to the engine. The single-piece hard pipes are formed from mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for fitment on both the cold side and hot side of the intercooler. The results are weld-free pipes from the turbo outlet to intercooler inlet, and from the intercooler outlet to the throttle body. Silicone hose couplings and T-bolt hose clamps are available (depending on application) to facilitate installation. Order the kit designed for your specific vehicle application.

Dinan intercoolers elicit impressive power gains and a wider power band, along with astounding cooling characteristics—nearly guaranteeing that "heat soak" is a thing of the past. Heat robs power, and greater power gains are achieved with a larger high performance intercooler. Dinan intercoolers provide a major increase in face area, along with an equally impressive increase in volume—substantially reducing the pressure drop to 0.8 psi, as well as providing for more efficient heat exchange and more consistent output power. The core design allows two separate cores to be working in conjunction with one another at all times. This doubling of resources is directly responsible for the huge improvement in the delta from charge air temperature to ambient temperature. "Cool down" time is also reduced, enabling your car to produce full power under varying driving conditions such as stop and go traffic. This leaves the chances of being susceptible to heat soak nearly non-existent. The systems have been engineered to be as direct a replacement as possible to the stock units, requiring only minor modifications for a clean, factory-like installation.
