All of the water/ice tanks are built from .100 thick, 5051 aircraft aluminum alloy—for corrosion protection and to ensure the best quality material and craftsmanship. Holley boost control solenoids are designed for optimal performance when using the boost control function of Holley EFI. Some setups require two solenoids and some require one. They're driven by a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) output of the ECU. It is advised NOT to use the PWM+ outputs on a Holley HP ECU, but rather use the PWM- outputs. If you have a Holley Dominator ECU, use either the PWM- outputs or a PWM+ output on the J2B connector.

AEM Electronics Tru-BoostX gauge-type controller kits combine the simplicity of a manual boost controller with the added ease of adjusting boost levels through a gauge interface. There is no external interface required for setup and they are fully functional right out of the box. If you want more boost, press the button on the right of the gauge face, and if you want less boost, press the button on the left of the gauge face. It's that simple, and it works! AEM Electronics Tru-BoostX gauge-type controller kits contain everything you need, including an on-board 80 psig pressure sensor, built-in overboost protection with two timed shutdown levels, a scramble boost setting, and a low-side output for a warning light. AEM includes a boost control solenoid that is specifically manufactured for automotive boost applications. This means that it will not corrode and stick from exposure to rich fuel mixtures, is pressure-tested to 100 psi, and includes -4 AN fittings to eliminate any chance of leaks.

An all-new addition to the Turbosmart lineup is the fresh air Gen-V (Anti-Lag Valve (ALV40) for motorsport applications. They feature a 40mm valve diameter, a purpose-designed actuator housing—and multiple fittings for ease of fitment and fabrication. The anti-lag valve allows for incoming charged fresh air from the turbo to be diverted safely into the exhaust manifold pre-turbine wheel. With the throttle at low opening angles, this allows for safer spooling of the turbocharger—without the potentially damaging throttle-based late combustion anti-lag that can induce high engine stresses and break connecting rods. The ALV is a sealed twin chamber design, with the top port being the primary control port. The spring is designed to open under vacuum conditions to allow for the air to bypass into the exhaust manifold; while the lower chamber is for twin port control methods—to control the valve irrespective of manifold pressure. The shaft seal allows for leak-proof operation.
