The engineers at FAST teamed up with the airflow specialists at RHS to develop a 3-piece, polymer intake manifold. They are constructed from a proprietary advanced polymer material that offers a host of benefits over aluminum aftermarket intakes, including lighter weight and improved strength and heat dissipating characteristics. FAST LSXRT 102mm intake manifolds follow the path chartered by the original FAST LSX Gen III intakes by featuring a modular design that allows for easy porting and disassembly and a runner design that yields an incredible 25 peak horsepower gain over the stock intake (on a stock 6.0L engine with a Big Mouth 102mm throttle body). Similar to the LSXR 102mm intake manifold for cars, the LSXRT features the ability to remove individual runners for modification. LSXRT's are constructed from a proprietary precision injection molded polymer which offers many benefits, including lighter weight, greater strength and lower heat soak propensity. AFR Eliminator Series intake manifolds are the perfect way to "eliminate" your competition! These cast aluminum performance intakes have a 23-degree manifold configuration. They're designed for standard location intake port cylinder heads. Additional coolant outlets have been added at the rear of the manifold for custom cooling systems. Eliminator intakes can be run "as cast," right out of the box; however, AFR does recommend having the runner exits be "port matched" to your particular cylinder heads for optimal performance. Additional bungs have been cast into the top of the intake runners for EFI injectors or nitrous nozzles. Edelbrock Victor II EFI Chrysler HEMI intake manifolds are designed for the later model Eagle or WT versions of Chrysler 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L Gen III HEMI passenger car engines (with stock fuel injectors). They are similar in design to the early factory 6.1L SRT models but incorporate a wider plenum with long tapered runners, increasing airflow to the head, and relocated injector bosses to decrease port restriction. The front inlet accepts stock 80mm or Hellcat 92mm OEM throttle bodies and features the 5.7L/6.1L throttle body location/orientation. Trick Flow's R Series Intake Manifold is tailored around big cubic inch small block engines producing 600+ horsepower in the 3,500-7,500+ RPM range. Engineers at Trick Flow optimized the R Series intake for their Super 23® 230cc cylinder heads, but found it also performs extremely well on Trick Flow's Super 23® 215cc cylinder heads as well as other brand heads with 215cc and larger ports. The secret to the manifold's success is its CAD-optimized plenum and runner design. Trick Flow engineers incorporated a one-piece single plane, spider type design with a raised floor and a large open plenum, paying special attention to smooth airflow for equalized air and fuel distribution. The design was optimized to eliminate excess material where possible, but enough was left around the port openings so the manifold can be port matched and/or fully ported. Casting it in A319 aluminum keeps the weight low, and integral bosses cast into each runner can be drilled and tapped to accept nozzles for nitrous applications. To back up all the engineering and great features, Trick Flow dyno tested the R Series Intake Manifold to ensure it can propel you to the front of the pack!
