Each unit is ready to bolt on out of the box, is designed to accept Sniper high-flow throttle bodies, and includes a high-flow fuel rail kit. This updated design was developed to allow the end user to fit under a stock hood. Each manifold is precision fixtured, welded for a perfect fit and maximum structural integrity. Your choice of throttle body opening sizes of 92mm and 102mm are available. Part of the original Tunnel Wedge's cool factor was its appearance, so Trick Flow® took special care to match the looks of the legendary OEM version while improving upon its performance. Trick Flow® was able to maintain the original carburetor locations—but on the inside of the manifold, Trick Flow® overhauled the port design for more airflow and incorporated a new O-ring sealed bottom plate. Cast in premium-grade A319 aluminum, the manifold is topped with carb flanges machined for original Ford FE Tunnel Wedge-style square bore carburetors. Mounting hardware is included.

They have injector bosses precisely positioned and machined for excellent fuel spray patterns and maximum power. These manifolds are designed to replace the stock mono blade throttle bodies and give you throttle body options; fuel rail set, fuel injectors, fuel pump, and regulator are all required (each sold separately). Holley's low-profile intake manifold for Ford's 7.3L Godzilla engine, when paired with a 20-340/20-340BK oil pan and accessory drive kit, allows for easy installation into vintage vehicles, kit cars, and other space-restricted applications while retaining the factory hood. The design focus for these manifolds was equal cylinder distribution and great street manners. The low-profile intake manifolds offer a much cleaner alternative to the original plastic intake; they provide anywhere from 2 to 3.5 in. of additional clearance, will correct the OE throttle body angle by 55 degrees, and increase the opening to 92mm. With three throttle body options, sturdy cast aluminum construction, a removable lower panel, and long runners to maintain the 7.3L's already substantial torque offering, this is a must-have for any Godzilla project. It's time to choose the centerpiece of your boosted engine build. Second to only the supercharger or turbocharger, the intake manifold will be the focal point of your build illustrating the power and strength of what's underneath. Billet aluminum is the usual choice, but is there something better? Absolutely! Performance Design's Carbon TRc (Tunnel Ram compact) intake manifolds offer you a more distinct, ultra-modern, elegant, and lighter manifold at a lesser cost. An evolution of their Carbon TR naturally aspirated and Carbon TRic (intercooled) boosted intake manifolds, they are the next generation of underhood, short runner models optimized for boost, but do not rule them out of a naturally aspirated application where fitment and aesthetics are preferred over peak torque. They maintain the carbon fiber and billet aluminum construction, manufacturability within a desired price target, fitment under the stock hood, and versatility of subcomponents to be used across a wide range of applications. The modular design of the Carbon TRc intake manifolds start with a carbon fiber one-piece molded plenum. Carbon fiber braided sleeve layers with alternating weave directions are wrapped around a bladder, inserted into a billet aluminum mold, pressed against additional hand-laid carbon fiber fabric, and infused with resin. Vacuum, pressure, and heat are applied creating a plenum that is a strong pressure vessel without seams or bonding capable of handling over 50 psi of boost. Runners are CNC-machined, 6061 T-6 aluminum manufactured in two pieces to sandwich the plenum. A short velocity stack plate is installed inside the plenum and the outer runner bank bolts through the carbon fiber plenum into the velocity stack plate and is sealed with O-rings. A billet aluminum throttle body flange is bonded to the front of the carbon fiber plenum with aircraft-grade adhesive. Billet aluminum fuel rails are also available for port fuel applications or to add port fuel to direct-injected applications. Performance Design's Carbon TRc intake manifolds are available for a wide range of applications, including LT1/LT4, LS3/L92, LS7, LS1/LS2/LS6, Godzilla, Coyote, and Hemi.
