These intake manifolds are meant for GM Gen V LT engines equipped with OE-type GM Gen V LT cylinder heads where the intake flange bolt pattern and intake port opening locations match the OE Gen V LT port configuration. They are intended for OE direct injection and a 4150 EFI throttle body.
