When it comes to converting to EFI, it's important for the fuel pump to be installed in a cool area and what better place than in the gas tank itself. The pump is cooled by the fuel, it's quieter plus there's no chance of fuel starvation. To help ease the installation of an in-tank pump, we offer a new Go Fuel In-Tank Module assembly. This universal billet assembly can be used on tanks with a depth of 6 to 15 inches. The billet aluminum was designed with the supply and return ports in a parallel position to help route the fuel lines easily and evenly. The vent port is on the other side to ease routing the line near the fill tube. The two fuel ports are threaded to accept -6 AN O-ring boss fittings for a secure, leak-free connection. The cut-to-fit bracket secures a 340 LPH pump capable of providing fuel to 600 horsepower engines. To ensure clean fuel is pulled into the pump, two size of sock/filters are provided, a standard 11 square-inch design as well as a large, 35 square-inch version. Go Fuel in-tank modules are a direct fit into fuel tanks offered by TANKS Inc.

When converting your fuel system to a return-style EFI setup, the biggest challenge can be plumbing the fuel lines. Holley has found a way to make this job easier! They offer EFI filter regulator assemblies to simplify your installation—by combining the fuel filter and regulator in one unit that can be mounted in the rear of the vehicle. Mounting in the rear means less line to run for a return and less mess. These regulators feature a 175 gph, 10 micron fuel filter built-in. The regulators are preset at 59.5 psi. They're available with 3/8 in. NPT or -8 AN port sizes to match most common EFI fuel systems. Simplify your EFI conversion, or clean up the plumbing on your current EFI system, by installing a Holley EFI filter regulator. (Diecast EFI fuel regulators are also available by Holley.)

The fuel pressure regulator is often overlooked but a very critical component in a vehicle's fuel system. Without reliable and consistent fuel pressure, your ECU cannot know how much fuel it injects into each cylinder. Most conventional fuel pressure regulators use a bladder-type design. While they are cost-effective and react to disturbances quickly, those bladders often lead to significant pressure fluctuations, which are manifested as a bouncing needle on your pressure gauge. Hybrid Racing fuel pressure regulators feature a piston-type design that introduces damping into the regulator to reduce pressure fluctuations and needle bounce, giving you a more stable and reliable fuel pressure. Lingenfelter regulator plugs are designed to block off the internal fuel pressure regulator in the driver's side fuel tank when converting to an external fuel pressure regulator. These fittings are required to install an external fuel pressure regulator when your fuel system will run at reduced fuel pressures below 54 psi. They're also needed when your fuel system will be running the stock 58 psi fuel pressure but you're converting to a vacuum referenced regulator. The vacuum referenced system will drop below 54 psi of fuel pressure at idle, cruising, or under deceleration. When the fuel pressure drops below 54 psi, the transfer pump from the passenger side tank will no longer correctly function and will fail to transfer fuel. This situation will reduce the vehicle range and fuel system capacity. Since this transferred fuel also helps keep the canister full in the driver side tank, it may also cause the vehicle to lose fuel pressure under high power conditions. Order the block-off plug recommended for your vehicle. Additional notes: * Lingenfelter fuel pressure regulator block-off plugs are precision CNC-machined from aluminum and then anodized blue for added durability * General Motors switched the C5 Corvette fuel systems over to the C6 Corvette fuel system design halfway through the 2003 model year.
