Today's aftermarket world makes it easy to pick up the phone and order 1000 HP for your street car. This has created several challenges for fuel delivery, ranging from hot fuel handling to pump noise. Aeromotive Dual Phantom Fuel Systems have been designed to solve this problem. They come loaded with two Aeromotive Stealth 340 lph fuel pumps, an additional set of electrical bulkheads, and a larger capacity foam and bladder. The pumps provide opportunity for supporting big power (see power ratings below) while remaining OEM quiet. When converting your fuel system to a return-style EFI setup, the biggest challenge can be plumbing the fuel lines. Holley has found a way to make this job easier! They offer EFI filter regulator assemblies to simplify your installation—by combining the fuel filter and regulator in one unit that can be mounted in the rear of the vehicle. Mounting in the rear means less line to run for a return and less mess. These regulators feature a 175 gph, 10 micron fuel filter built-in. The regulators are preset at 59.5 psi. They're available with 3/8 in. NPT or -8 AN port sizes to match most common EFI fuel systems. Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx PWM controllers for DualX ZL1 universal applications simplify installation and increase overall fuel system performance for dual OEM ZL1 fuel module applications. DualX uses a progressive ramping strategy with connections on the controller for the primary (pump 1) and follower (pump 2). The follower pump runs at lower duty cycle than the primary, allowing the follower pump to be on at all times, but at a lower average power, and allowing the pumps in the follower module to continually fill the reservoir with fuel, so it is ready to feed the engine under the most challenging conditions. As the primary pump increases in duty cycle, so does the follower, and once the primary is at 100 percent, the follower continues to increase to 100 percent duty cycle, as needed. Holley Sniper offers OE-style 255 lph EFI fuel pump modules for a wide range of vehicles, including many Chevy, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC, Ford, Mercury, Jeep, Dodge and Plymouth cars and trucks from the 1950s, '60s, '70s, and '80s.
