Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX Return-Type 3 to 4 Pump Pulse Width Modulation Controllers

Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX return-type 3 to 4-pump PWM controllers have everything needed to provide a standalone fuel pump speed control system for up to four high-powered brushed pumps. ReturnX has primary and secondary PWM controller output. Under normal idle/cruise driving, the #1 and #2 pumps are on the primary side and running fast enough to provide sufficient fuel pressure. The #3 and #4 pumps are attached to the PWM secondary output, but follow at a much lower duty cycle than the primary side. As the primary side increases in output power, so does the secondary side in a leader-follower arrangement that delivers a smooth ramp-up in pump speed. Key features: * For forced induction systems only * Works with all brushed-type fuel pumps * Typical power reduction to the pump(s) of 45 to 75 percent during idle and cruise * Standalone MAP sensor for pump speed control -- 2.5bar LSA/LS9 type -- Adequate range for supercharged applications * All pumps are under PWM control * Plumb fuel system using traditional regulators, filters, and return lines * Developed for in-cell use where the primary output feeds a lift and pressure pump, and the secondary output controller the third and fourth.
