These VaraRam VR-SC1 C-6 Snake Charmer Ram Air systems feature special internal aerodynamics and filter placement to maximize peak cfm. They include a pleated filter that is washable and reusable. It has deeper pleats--more than any other filter--and peaks and valleys that have been opened up to further increase flow capacity per square inch. The systems use a roto-molded upper section to ensure a seamless internal aero package leading into the mass airflow sensor. The lower scoop section is vacuum-formed to allow for different vehicle applications.

The factory air intake system on various Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra vehicles is a very unique and creative design. There is no natural path for the air to flow through. The air must travel up the face of the radiator in order to make its way into the air intake opening.
