Moroso air cleaner bases are bottom sections with a special purpose. They convert Moroso, and other 14 in. x 3 in. air cleaner assemblies to a "raised bottom design" that clears Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetors, and Holley carburetors with tall throttle return spring brackets. They feature aluminum construction with a deep retaining lip that locks the air cleaner element in place. Moroso air cleaner bases can be polished, painted, powdercoated, or chrome painted for a custom look.
