Performance Design XS intake manifolds break the mold of existing intake manifold architecture to maximize available space under the hood. When designing the optimum intake runner length and shape, the fuel rail gets in the way—so they moved it—inside the intake manifold! Those billet fuel rails feature an external quick-disconnect near the stock location. Testing proved these models, featuring injection-molded, glass-reinforced nylon construction, made horsepower and torque gains on a stock engine—with increasing gains as the engine got more aggressive with camshaft and exhaust upgrades! Edelbrock introduces the all-new XTS manifold for the Ford 7.3L Godzilla engine. These intake manifolds feature shorter-than-stock tapered runners tuned for high-RPM gains in engine swap applications. Finished in a highly attractive black powdercoat, the XTS is designed of lightweight, durable sheetmetal. The flanges are of billet construction for strength and consistent sealing with the heads. A horizontal throttle-body mount solves one of the most common swap fitment issues of intake air routing. All standard vacuum takeoff ports are found on the rear of the manifold, and they come complete with the mounting and vacuum takeoff hardware. Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifolds have a high-rise, dual-plane design. They produce incredible top-end horsepower, while retaining good throttle response. Performer RPMs have larger plenums and runners to match the free-flowing exhaust, high-lift cams, and other modifications of a high-output engine. They're intended for high performance street or competition engines that run from 1,500 to 6,500 rpm.
