Now you don't have to run a cumbersome roots-style supercharger on your vintage muscle. Vortech's carbureted centrifugal supercharger kits are designed to bring the performance and compact fit associated with late model fuel injected kits to vehicles equipped with carbureted engines. In most cases, these kits will fit under your stock hood without modifications. The heart of each kit is either a gear-driven V-1 S-Trim head unit or a gear-driven V-7 YSi-Trim head unit, unless otherwise noted. The cast aluminum carburetor enclosure assembly pressurizes the float bowls and throttle shafts for seamless response, and is designed for use with Holley 4150 or Demon 750 MD carburetors. The enclosure features front and rear -8 AN fuel inlet ports as well as provisions for pressure and vacuum connections. Linkage arms, a splined shaft, left/right hand spherical rod ends, and carburetor studs are included for simple throttle connection and adjustment. The included oil feed and oil drain assemblies deliver the best possible lubrication and cooling for the supercharger. They also feature a 6061-T6 billet aluminum supercharger crank pulley, pulley spacer, and an automatic belt tensioner.

In these master kits, FiTech mates their 2x4 TBIs with either a Go Fuel in-tank or fuel cell pump module, or Go EFI in-line pump kit to provide everything needed to convert your carbureted vehicle to EFI. And going a step further, the Go-Spark CDI ignition will elevate the spark for even more improved performance. Choose the master kit with your preferred fuel delivery solution. Go EFI 2x4 625 hp system lets everyone know you mean business with a pair of 4-barrels crowned atop your engine! The 2x4 is supplied with two throttle bodies, one with the brains and integral ECU, the other with the brawn. Both bodies feature four injectors and will support up to 625 horsepower (naturally aspirated). The system is supplied with two throttle bodies, handheld controller, cable and windshield mount, throttle body vehicle side harness, WBO2 sensor, bung kit, coolant sensor, gasket, mini USB cable, instructions, and warranty information. The throttle bodies are available in two finishes. Go-Spark produces a series of multiple sparks below 2,500 rpm to improve starting, idle quality, and throttle response. At higher rpm, the CD technology continues to deliver full energy sparks through racing rpm to ensure complete combustion of the fuel mixture.
