Turbosmart StraightGate50 vacuum wastegates are zero-offset butterfly-style units that allow enormous flow and almost linear control, and unparalleled boost control throughout the entire operating range. These high-flowing wastegates are simple to use, and packed with performance, flow, and features. The zero-offset butterfly valves are subjected to exhaust drive pressure equally on both halves of the valve, which pivots centrally, resulting in a self-balanced valve against any drive pressure. This means less work is required to act against even the highest drive pressures, and a wider tuning window is possible, no matter how the valve is actuated. The increased flow is achieved through the efficiency of a straight-through valve versus a poppet-style valve where the exhaust gas must be turned 90 degrees by the valve. Turbosmart pneumatic StraightGate 50s are available in a boost-based pSG50 6 psi or vacuum-based pSG50v 6 InHg versions. Both pneumatics take the electronic eSG50 version and simplify control via a traditional boost-based or vacuum-based actuator. Select the one you prefer. Key features: * 50mm (1.97 in.) butterfly-style zero-offset valve * 383.9 CFM/10.87m3 per minute flow * Stainless steel (630) butterfly and shaft * Stainless steel (347) main body * Stainless steel, heat-treated 431, V-band clamps * 6262 T-6 anodized aluminum bracket and actuator * Turbosmart unique locking collar ring * Base spring options from 6 psi to 42 psi * Suitable for single or twin port boost-based control * Stainless steel (N60) linkages and control arm

Turbosmart Gen-V Race Port blow-off valves are small, lightweight, high performance components for forced-induction competition level engines. Featuring unique collar designs and internal flow structures, they are 46 to 50 percent lighter and 25 percent smaller than the competition, while flowing 330 cfm, making Turbosmart Gen-V Race Port blow-off valves the highest flowing BOVs of their type on the market. They are offered in several different anodized colors and versions to fit your race application. All are supplied with vacuum fittings, V-band assemblies, and installed springs. Additional features: * Billet 6000 Series aluminum construction * Quick-release V-band collar for ease of installation and removal * MIL-Spec hard-anodized valve guide and stem * High-temperature silicone Nomex® diaphragm * Twin 1/8 in. NPT pressure ports for convenient positioning * 2.0 in. inlet flows over 330 cfm * Collar secured cap for quick spring changes * Most Race Ports have blue spring rated -18 to -14 InHg installed * Female flange version available to suit other manufacturer's 50mm flanges (no weld-on fitting supplied) and is 46 percent lighter * HE (Hall Effect) sensor cap versions allow you to monitor blow-off valve position for diagnostic or tuning purposes * Supercharger-specific versions have a soft pink spring rated -4 InHg installed, so it can stay open at idle, when supercharger is still producing boost

An all-new addition to the Turbosmart lineup is the fresh air Gen-V (Anti-Lag Valve (ALV40) for motorsport applications. They feature a 40mm valve diameter, a purpose-designed actuator housing—and multiple fittings for ease of fitment and fabrication. The anti-lag valve allows for incoming charged fresh air from the turbo to be diverted safely into the exhaust manifold pre-turbine wheel. With the throttle at low opening angles, this allows for safer spooling of the turbocharger—without the potentially damaging throttle-based late combustion anti-lag that can induce high engine stresses and break connecting rods. The ALV is a sealed twin chamber design, with the top port being the primary control port. The spring is designed to open under vacuum conditions to allow for the air to bypass into the exhaust manifold; while the lower chamber is for twin port control methods—to control the valve irrespective of manifold pressure. The shaft seal allows for leak-proof operation.

The Power Port is Turbosmart's largest and highest flowing blow-off valve ever, resetting the flow benchmark set by their popular and highly regarded Race Port blow-off valves. They are designed to be as light as possible, to keep vehicle weight down. The Power Port BOVs have a cutting-edge dual-chamber design, meaning they can be held open with the use of a solenoid to aid turbo response and control, during staging to give the best possible launch.
