Wilson Manifolds high-flow throttle bodies were developed using the latest computer modeling software and test equipment available to produce designs that yield the maximum flow per square inch of cross-sectional area. These units are designed to work with Wilson's line of billet spacers—they incorporate a tapered and radiused throttle bore, along with precisely machined progressive linkage, for smooth throttle operation. They also feature inward-opening throttle blades to eliminate directional influence caused by the blades. All throttle bodies are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum on precision CNC machining centers for consistent quality and light weight. Most models feature brass throttle blades to control vibration and reduce thermal expansion. The throttle shafts are machined to decrease their cross-sectional area, which increases the actual cross-section available for airflow. These multi-port fuel injection throttle bodies are available in 1- or 4-venturi models, with different diameters and airflow rate options. Holley universal 4-barrel 1000 cfm 4150 flange throttle bodies feature integrated throttle position, idle air control and intake air temperature sensors to work with your aftermarket multi-port EFI system. Their standard square bore mounting pattern is designed to fit perfectly on most intake manifolds and the stout 1,000 cfm can handle high horsepower with no problem. These units have a CFD computer-designed modeled air entry area--so maximum velocity and accelerated air speed are delivered to the engine. The high-flow idle air control passages are great for large cu. in. to aid in idle stability. Holley universal 4-barrel 1000 cfm 4150 flange throttle bodies have an integrated GM 700R4 transmission kickdown location, as well as a kickdown lever for use with Ford transmissions. They feature all necessary vacuum ports, one timed spark, two 3/8 in. and two 3/16 in. full manifold vacuum ports. DeatschWerks top-feed conversion fuel rails are designed to convert side-feed applications to top-feed. Many performance vehicles manufactured between 1991 and 2006 came from the factory with side-feed injectors. The benefit of the modern top-feed injectors is that they are easier to tune, less expensive, and flow more fuel than side-feed alternatives. These vehicle-specific fuel rails are sold in pairs.
