Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX return-type PWM controllers have everything needed to provide a standalone fuel pump speed control system. Available for single or dual pump, naturally aspirated or supercharged applications, no switches, relays, or Hobb's switches are needed when using these ReturnX systems. Controllers have primary and secondary output with the primary providing sufficient pump speed to maintain fuel pressure during idle/cruise while the secondary pump follows at a lower duty cycle. This leader/follower arrangement delivers a smooth ramp-up in pump speed until both pumps are at full output. For carbureted and EFI applications, simply attach the supplied standalone MAP sensor hose to a manifold vacuum source (naturally aspirated) or past the supercharger/turbocharger and make at-idle controller adjustments--the VaporWorx controller will do the rest. Select the single or dual naturally aspirated or supercharged version needed for your setup. Key features: * Works with all brushed-type fuel pumps * Typical power reduction to the pump(s) of 45 to 75 percent * Standalone MAP-based fuel pump speed control * Carburetor and EFI capability Benefits: * Everything needed electrically to drive the fuel pump(s) * A significant reduction in the average fuel pump power requirement resulting in lower fuel temperatures and longer pump life * 40 to 80-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset will operate indefinitely without damage * Short circuit output protection will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * 10 to 22 V operating range -- Can be used with voltage boosters -- Lower than 10 V applied to the turn-on circuit will cause controller shutdown to protect from an AFR lean condition

Earl's Performance Dominator in-line billet fuel pumps are for those of you who are in need of a fuel pump that can support serious horsepower. Have a nitrous system, turbo or supercharger? No problem! These fuel pumps feature a twin-pump design that allows you to use one pump for cruising and both pumps when you activate your nitrous switch or start building boost. The second pump allows you to eliminate the unnecessary recirculating and heating of fuel that can lead to poor performance and hot fuel issues. Earl's Performance Dominator in-line billet fuel pumps also have an added benefit for hard core enthusiasts that run events like the Hot Rod Power Tour or the Baja 1000; that extra pump brings you peace of mind that you'll always finish what you've started. Features include: * Billet aluminum construction for durability and good looks * -10 AN O-ring inlet/outlet for high flow and superior sealing * Suitable for use with carbureted or EFI applications * May be fully submerged in-tank for custom applications, space savings, and reduced plumbing * Compatible with 12 V to 18.5 V systems at pressures up to 80 psi for street or race use * For hardcore race use, both pumps can be wired for full-time duty * Only 7.66 in. long x 5 in. wide x 2.5 in. tall for easy installation on frame rails or other tight areas * Patent pending dual-pump technology * Proven durability beyond 3,000 hours * Weighs only 5.1 lbs.--half a pound less than competitive 1000+ hp pumps * Not for use on aircraft of any type Note: These pumps are not designed to use standard conical seat-style unions in the inlets or outlets of the pumps. Use of this style fitting will block flow and WILL lead to poor performance and pump failure. The ONLY correct fitting to use is a contoured port fitting with an O-ring seal such as part # EAR-AT985010ERL.

Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally PWM fuel pump controller kits allow a second pump to be added to an OEM fuel system control module without causing overloading of the stock FSCM. They are compatible for use with positive trigger OEM fuel system control modules when using an aftermarket standalone fuel pump. For clarity, there are many names for the modern OEM fuel pump driver/fuel computer, but all basically do the same thing; communicate with the ECM to drive the fuel pumps at the speed needed to provide the requested fuel pressure. Most aftermarket ECMs do not have this capability and unfortunately, many OEM fuel system control modules (FSCM) can handle one high-power pump, but not two or more. So, in the search for more power, and to keep the FSCM working, it needs help. That's where VaporWorx Ally PWM fuel pump controller kits come in. These Ally kits allow positive pulse FSCMs to control the primary pump, while the VaporWorx Ally Auto-On controller "piggybacks" and takes care of the other pump(s). The controllers do not turn on the other pumps until approximately 3 to 4psi of boost by using the engine MAP sensor or a VaporWorx standalone MAP sensor as the turn-on trigger. The Ally solution provides sufficient power for all fuel pumps while maintaining the FSCM full CAN feedback and diagnostics, and all pumps will effectively be under the control of the FSCM. Kits are available for naturally aspirated and supercharged applications. Select the kit best suited to your setup. Features: * Everything needed electrically to drive additional fuel pumps -- No hard-to-get connectors, multiple fuses, Hobb's switches, etc. * A 2/3 reduction in power to the fuel pump during idle and cruise vs. traditional systems means long OEM pump life expectancy * 50-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Progressive 2/3 pump ramping strategy lowers the load on the FSCM to reduce MIL codes * Soft-start feature to reduce initial pump-on pressure spikes * Can use either the engine MAP sensor or a VaporWorx standalone MAP sensor * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies, where appropriate * Cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Allows all the OEM ECM priming and safety systems to remain functional * Can be used with one or two extra/auxiliary pumps * 10 to 22 V operating capacity

Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally Returnless PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) electronics kits for the KPM1500 fuel pump include the necessary parts to modify the KPM1500 (not included) to make it work properly for FSCM (fuel system control module)-equipped vehicles and aftermarket ECM/FSCM systems. The weakness of the OEM FSCM is power capability--they can drive one high-power pump, but not two. That's where VaporWorx Ally PWM kits come in. They provide the components needed to drive the second (KPM1500) fuel pump electrically while the FSCM handles the primary. Using pulse width modulation to slow down the pumps is very effective in keeping fuel temperatures down and relieving the electrical system of excessive load. Ally controllers help reduce the amount of power that the FSCM has at higher fuel demand, so at higher duty cycles the VaporWorx controller will start to out-run the FSCM and take more of the pumping power load. These Aeromotive VaporWorx kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed.
