Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx returnless PWM kits for ZL1 fuel pump modules have everything needed to provide a standalone, OE-type returnless fuel system with constant or manifold referenced fuel pressure. When used with the popular and affordable GM Gen5 ZL1 Camaro, C7 Corvette, Aeromotive Super ZL1, and many other GM-compatible fuel pump modules, these systems will provide constant pressure or any base pressure with a 1:1 manifold referenced (supplied MAP sensor based) fuel pressure—operating like a mechanical fuel pressure regulator would with the ECM calibrated in the same manner. The simplicity of these kits comes with connecting the supplied standalone MAP sensor to the pressurized side of the intake manifold, just like connecting a boost gauge or manifold referenced fuel pressure regulator. For constant fuel pressure simply leave the MAP sensor portion of the kit disconnected. They feature internal guide rod springs and external rubber feet for enhanced stability and reduced noise from vibration. These Russell complete EFI fuel system kits are all-in-one fuel solutions for your vehicle. They are designed for GM LS-series and Dodge 5.7L Hemi engine swaps into older non-EFI vehicles. The kits include an Edelbrock inline street/strip electric fuel pump, a regulator/fuel filter assembly, a fuel pump relay and wiring harness, and 15 ft. of Russel ProFlex hose, plus an assortment of hose ends and adapters to complete the installation. All fuel pumps are not created equal. As fuel pressure requirements increase, fuel flow drops. This is particularly important with Vortech superchargers, as they raise fuel pressure in proportion to boost to deliver a correct air/fuel ratio under boost. That's why Vortech created the T-Rex series fuel pumps. Aeromotive VaporWorx ReturnX return-type PWM controllers have everything needed to provide a standalone fuel pump speed control system. Available for single or dual pump, naturally aspirated or supercharged applications, no switches, relays, or Hobb's switches are needed when using these ReturnX systems. Controllers have primary and secondary output with the primary providing sufficient pump speed to maintain fuel pressure during idle/cruise while the secondary pump follows at a lower duty cycle. This leader/follower arrangement delivers a smooth ramp-up in pump speed until both pumps are at full output. For carbureted and EFI applications, simply attach the supplied standalone MAP sensor hose to a manifold vacuum source (naturally aspirated) or past the supercharger/turbocharger and make at-idle controller adjustments--the VaporWorx controller will do the rest.
