Their plenums and bolt-on runners are CNC machined billet aluminum and will not distort or warp under boost. These intakes can accept up to 102mm throttle bodies and include hardware, gaskets, and an -8 AN fuel rail kit.

It's time to choose the centerpiece of your boosted engine build. Second to only the supercharger or turbocharger, the intake manifold will be the focal point of your build illustrating the power and strength of what's underneath. Billet aluminum is the usual choice, but is there something better? Absolutely! Performance Design's Carbon TRc (Tunnel Ram compact) intake manifolds offer you a more distinct, ultra-modern, elegant, and lighter manifold at a lesser cost. An evolution of their Carbon TR naturally aspirated and Carbon TRic (intercooled) boosted intake manifolds, they are the next generation of underhood, short runner models optimized for boost, but do not rule them out of a naturally aspirated application where fitment and aesthetics are preferred over peak torque. They maintain the carbon fiber and billet aluminum construction, manufacturability within a desired price target, fitment under the stock hood, and versatility of subcomponents to be used across a wide range of applications. The modular design of the Carbon TRc intake manifolds start with a carbon fiber one-piece molded plenum. Carbon fiber braided sleeve layers with alternating weave directions are wrapped around a bladder, inserted into a billet aluminum mold, pressed against additional hand-laid carbon fiber fabric, and infused with resin. Vacuum, pressure, and heat are applied creating a plenum that is a strong pressure vessel without seams or bonding capable of handling over 50 psi of boost. Runners are CNC-machined, 6061 T-6 aluminum manufactured in two pieces to sandwich the plenum. A short velocity stack plate is installed inside the plenum and the outer runner bank bolts through the carbon fiber plenum into the velocity stack plate and is sealed with O-rings. A billet aluminum throttle body flange is bonded to the front of the carbon fiber plenum with aircraft-grade adhesive. Billet aluminum fuel rails are also available for port fuel applications or to add port fuel to direct-injected applications. Performance Design's Carbon TRc intake manifolds are available for a wide range of applications, including LT1/LT4, LS3/L92, LS7, LS1/LS2/LS6, Godzilla, Coyote, and Hemi. NOS LS Hi-Ram intake dry nitrous systems include everything needed for optimum nitrous distribution throughout LS-based engines. Their dry single-stage plate system sandwiches between the bottom base and the top plate on Holley Hi-Ram intake manifolds. Nitrous is then evenly sprayed directly into each cylinder runner. The intake plate is made from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum, and available in a black or clear anodized finish with a laser-etched NOS logo.
