Bosch offers intercooler water pumps for a variety of applications, including many Mercedes-Benz cars and trucks from the early 2000s and up. A faulty water pump is a common source of power loss on Mercedes supercharged motors. These upgraded 100 percent plug-and-play replacements exceed OEM standards and are used on all contemporary AMG vehicles. Select the pump recommended for your ride. All water pumps are tested to ensure proper functionality. Torque testing is performed to verify the proper impeller-shaft mating—and can also detect loose impeller-shaft press fits. The water pumps are vacuum leak tested to ensure proper sealing; this test can detect leaks throughout the housing, seals, tube binding and plug leakage. Bosch utilizes OE mating parts and accessories to verify proper fitment in situations where the isolator grommet and bracket can be re-used. Retain them when removing the previously installed pump.

Holley EFI fuel pulse dampers act in tandem with the fuel pressure regulator to further control the fuel pressure in an EFI system. They act to smooth out the pressure pulsations caused by the injectors opening and closing as well as the fuel pump operating. These pulsations happen so quickly that in many cases they can't be identified with an analog gauge but can cause issues with fuel delivery to the engine. The opening and closing of fuel injectors create pressure pulses in the fuel rail which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. To achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. Radium Engineering fuel system pulsation dampers feature an internal diaphragm that will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the rpm range and can often help idle surge, especially with high-flow injectors. They also help solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as "stumbling", that are difficult to tune out. Kits come with different male adapter fittings. Choose the proper one for your fuel feed hose.
