Radium Engineering fuel pressure regulator with pulse dampers are the ultimate solution for consolidating critical fuel system components into a high-flow package. It is a fully functional high performance pressure regulator with a unique built-in fuel pulse damper—an industry first! Fuel pressure regulator with pulse damper features: * Compatible with all gasoline and alcohol blends of fuel including E85 * Fuel pressure is dialed in using the preload set screw on top—unlike many others, the stainless steel adjustment screw has super fine threads for resisting vacuum/boost leaks and fine tuning fuel pressure * Two interchangeable orifices are included to match the amount of fuel bypassed for the application—this added precision will resist diaphragm flutter and optimize pressure stability * With the addition of interchangeable return orifices, the fuel pressure regulator-damper is a good match for big to small, powered engines * The integrated fuel pulse damper stabilizes fuel pressure created by the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel injectors, etc.—base pressure is measured with the fuel pump running without a vacuum line connected to the regulator * The inlet (side) port and outlet (bottom) port feature large 10AN ORB (7/8 in. to 14) threaded ports—two -6AN and two -8AN adapter fittings are included to suit most aftermarket fuel systems * When installing, the O-rings require petroleum oil for lubrication * The 1/8 in. Radium Engineering fuel pressure regulators are designed with billet aluminum housings that are anodized for a superior finish and laser etched. Providing a convenient package for plumbing and mounting, the compact housings feature two main high-pressure ports threaded for 6AN ORB, a 6AN male return port, and a 1/8 NPT female port for a gauge, pressure transducer, and the like. Radium regulators are available without a top or with a genuine Bosch 3.0 Bar (43.5 psi) or 4.0 Bar (58.2 psi) static top vacuum referenced with a 1:1 ratio and are NOT adjustable. They are secured with a stainless steel snap ring and can easily be removed using snap-ring pliers. Fittings, plug, bracket, and stainless steel hardware are included. Radium Engineering's Venturi jet pump kits are designed for high-flow aftermarket pumps and includes three different Venturi orifices to match a wide range of pump flow rates. The Radium jet pump is an effective device for drawing fuel from one side of a fuel tank to the other. Fuel flowing through the venturi creates vacuum in the perpendicular port. The Venturi jet pump uses a machined aluminum housing that is anodized, and laser engraved. Kit includes three interchangeable orifices that were precisely calculated, and vacuum pressure tested with multiple pump combinations. All hose barb connections are compatible with 5/16 in. or 3/8 in. ID hose. Also, the crossover siphon port can be easily adapted to common hoses as it uses 6AN ORB (9/16 in.-18 O-ring) female threads.

The opening and closing of fuel injectors create pressure pulses in the fuel rail which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. To achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. Radium Engineering fuel system pulsation dampers feature an internal diaphragm that will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the rpm range and can often help idle surge, especially with high-flow injectors. They also help solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as "stumbling", that are difficult to tune out. Kits come with different male adapter fittings. Choose the proper one for your fuel feed hose. Radium Engineering's duckbill valves are a one-way valve. They prevent aeration and reduce fuel slosh noise and are commonly used on the return hose inside fuel tanks to prohibit fuel backflow for fire safety. When used with venturi jet pumps, these fuel pump components prevent air from entering the vacuum chamber and disrupting the flow path. These duckbill valves are made from quality material and are compatible with all fuel types.

The Radium Engineering Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) is a compact high performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator designed with a unique highly versatile mounting system. It can be mounted directly to a compatible fuel rail port using the included 360 degree swiveling adapter, or mounted remotely away from the fuel rail. The compact size fits in areas with limited space without sacrificing performance. This regulator is safe to use with all gasoline and ethanol blends of fuel. The main inlet port on the regulator is female threaded for 6 AN ORB. A swiveling double-ended adapter is included with the kit that allows the regulator to be used in any compatible 8 AN ORB fuel rail port, such as those found on Radium Engineering fuel rails. The return port on the bottom is threaded for 6 AN ORB. The provided 90-degree 6 AN male fuel return fitting can swivel 360 degrees, permitting a multitude of mounting configurations. Other adapter fittings can be installed in the return port if needed (sold separately). Unlike the previous generation, this DMR has two 1/8 in. NPT side port locations that can be used with a pressure gauge, transducer, temperature probe, etc. Two 1/8 in. NPT plugs are provided. Fuel pressure is dialed in using the preloaded set screw on top of the regulator. Two interchangeable orifices are included with calculated flow diameters to match the fuel pump flow to the regulator. This permits the DMR to be used with practically any horsepower engine. This added precision will resist diaphragm flutter and optimize pressure stability. This design has been tested to regulate over 1,200 liters per hour.
