Radium Engineering offers top feed fuel rail conversion kits for specific applications. Manufactured with a large 0.69 in. internal bore, the fuel rails can support all necessary engine power requirements. They are CNC-machined from a custom 6063 aluminum, media blasted, black anodized, and laser-etched for a high-quality surface finish. These kits are compatible with all fuel types, including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85. The Radium fuel rail converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed, allowing the use of high-flow fuel injectors (not included). Each kit includes two different sets of mounting feet, allowing various height fuel injectors to be used. The anodized aluminum mounting feet secure the fuel rail to the intake manifold reusing the OEM thermal insulating spacers. The fuel injector bores and the included press-fit injector seats are designed for 14mm injector O-rings. These seats include O-rings to prevent boost pressure leaks. They're CNC-machined billet aluminum, anodized, and laser etched.

The opening and closing of fuel injectors creates pressure pulses in the fuel rail which can lead to unstable fuel pressure. In order to achieve a safe and consistent rail pressure, a Radium Engineering fuel pulse damper (FPD) is often necessary. The FPD's internal diaphragm will absorb oscillating pulses and stabilize fuel pressure. This correction can be measured throughout the RPM range and often help idle surge, especially with high-flow injectors. A fuel pulse damper can also solve erratic lean air/fuel ratio spikes, commonly experienced as "stumbling," that are difficult to tune out. What makes Radium FPDs unique?: Along with having the flexibilty of using common fittings, Radium Engineering FPD's use a vacuum/boost reference port which allows for proper fuel pulse damper performance even at elevated fuel pressures. This becomes essential for boosted systems that use a 1:1 rising rate fuel pressure regulator. Features: The anodized aluminum housing features two selectable threaded male fittings. The 8 AN ORB version seals using a FKM O-ring, while the 3/8 in. NPT variation seals with the tapered pipe threads. * The FPDs can be mounted at any possible angle including upside down. For best results, the damper should be mounted directly onto the fuel rail(s). These products are safe for use with all fuel types, including alcohol blends such as E85. (Not recommended for the low-pressure side of mechanical fuel pumps.) Included: * Anodized and laser engraved aluminum top, R=range or XR=extra range * Anodized aluminum body with male threads, 8 AN ORB or 3/8 in. NPT * Stainless steel hardware * Rubber vacuum hose, 4mm I.D. * Vacuum hose Y-fitting

The Radium Engineering Direct Mount Regulator (DMR) is a compact high performance adjustable EFI fuel pressure regulator designed with a unique highly versatile mounting system. It can be mounted directly to a compatible fuel rail port using the included 360 degree swiveling adapter, or mounted remotely away from the fuel rail. The compact size fits in areas with limited space without sacrificing performance. This regulator is safe to use with all gasoline and ethanol blends of fuel. The main inlet port on the regulator is female threaded for 6 AN ORB. A swiveling double-ended adapter is included with the kit that allows the regulator to be used in any compatible 8 AN ORB fuel rail port, such as those found on Radium Engineering fuel rails. The return port on the bottom is threaded for 6 AN ORB. The provided 90-degree 6 AN male fuel return fitting can swivel 360 degrees, permitting a multitude of mounting configurations. Other adapter fittings can be installed in the return port if needed (sold separately). Unlike the previous generation, this DMR has two 1/8 in. NPT side port locations that can be used with a pressure gauge, transducer, temperature probe, etc. Two 1/8 in. NPT plugs are provided. Fuel pressure is dialed in using the preloaded set screw on top of the regulator. Two interchangeable orifices are included with calculated flow diameters to match the fuel pump flow to the regulator. This permits the DMR to be used with practically any horsepower engine. This added precision will resist diaphragm flutter and optimize pressure stability. This design has been tested to regulate over 1,200 liters per hour. What's included: * Fuel Pressure Regulator (black or green anodized top) * Swiveling inlet adapter fitting (for 8 AN ORB fuel rail) * PTFE impregnated 1/8 in. NPT plugs (x2) * 6 AN male swivel (for return line) * Return orifices (silver orifice pre-installed)

Radium Engineering fuel pressure regulator with pulse dampers are the ultimate solution for consolidating critical fuel system components into a high-flow package. It is a fully functional high performance pressure regulator with a unique built-in fuel pulse damper—an industry first! Fuel pressure regulator with pulse damper features: * Compatible with all gasoline and alcohol blends of fuel including E85 * Fuel pressure is dialed in using the preload set screw on top—unlike many others, the stainless steel adjustment screw has super fine threads for resisting vacuum/boost leaks and fine tuning fuel pressure * Two interchangeable orifices are included to match the amount of fuel bypassed for the application—this added precision will resist diaphragm flutter and optimize pressure stability * With the addition of interchangeable return orifices, the fuel pressure regulator-damper is a good match for big to small, powered engines * The integrated fuel pulse damper stabilizes fuel pressure created by the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel injectors, etc.—base pressure is measured with the fuel pump running without a vacuum line connected to the regulator * The inlet (side) port and outlet (bottom) port feature large 10AN ORB (7/8 in. to 14) threaded ports—two -6AN and two -8AN adapter fittings are included to suit most aftermarket fuel systems * When installing, the O-rings require petroleum oil for lubrication * The 1/8 in. NPT auxiliary port can be used for monitoring fuel pressure, temperature, etc. * Mounting—the FPR-D assembly features two M6x1mm threaded mounting holes—a laser-cut anodized aluminum mounting plate with countersink M6x1mm bolts/nuts are included * The FPR-D can be mounted any direction including upside down What's included: * Fuel pressure regulator-damper * Aluminum mounting bracket * Aluminum 6AN male adapter (x2) * Aluminum 8AN male adapter (x2) * Aluminum 1/8 in. NPT port plug * Interchangeable return orifices * M6x1mm mounting hardware * Boost referenced Y-adapter * Vacuum Hose, 3/32 in. I.D. Note: Not recommended for the low pressure side of mechanical fuel pumps. Not intended to be used directly on a fuel rail port.

Radium's fuel cell vent kits permit air to escape as the fuel cell is filled and permit filtered air to enter when fuel is getting consumed, allowing the tank to breath avoiding pressurization during normal operation. Radium Engineering fuel cell vent air filters are the correct replacements for these kits. Typically used with Radium's DSV (Dynamic Safety Vent) valves, they include air filter and adapter fitting. Note: Because the top of the fuel fill tube should not be higher than the location of the air filter, it is commonly used in conjunction with direct fuel cell fill caps only (not remote fillers).
