Aeromotive VaporWorx Ally KPM1500 returnless PWM (pulse width modulation) system kits include a KPM1500 fuel pump modified with a high-pressure regulator, returnless Ally PWM control system, and other modifications to make them work properly for FSCM-equipped vehicles and aftermarket ECM/FSCM (fuel system control module) systems. The KPM1500 features twin Bosch PWM compatible OEM pumps, fully re-engineered pump support system, robust venturi pump systems, integral safety overpressure valves, and a built-in anti-reversion/check valve, making each fuel pump very much like an OEM part. The outlet nipple has been strengthened to reduce the chances of breakage, and their operation is smooth, quiet, and easy to control. The weakness of the OEM FSCM is power capability. They can drive one high-power pump, but not two. That's where the VaporWorx Ally PWM (pulse width modulation) kit comes in. It contains everything needed to drive the second KPM1500 electrically while the OEM fuel system control module handles the primary, keeping the power separated, but control of both pumps is handled by the FSCM, and all feedback, diagnostics, fuel pressure, etc. remains functional. These kits are intended to be used as an Ally, or piggyback, system to help the OEM FSCM. No additional relays, Hobb's switches, etc. are needed. Features: * VaporWorx modified KPM1500 fuel pump module make the OEM chassis wiring plug-and-play * Using PWM to slow down the pumps is very effective in keeping fuel temperatures down and relieving the electrical system of excessive load * Ally PWM controller is a unique control strategy that helps reduce the amount of power that the FSCM produces at higher fuel demand * At higher duty cycles the Ally PWM controller will start to out-run the FSCM and take more of the pumping power load, "helping out" the fuel system control module * Approximately 71 percent+ reduction in power to the fuel pump during idle/cruise vs. running both pumps full speed all the time. Practically eliminates vapor lock/cavitation caused by overheated fuel * Fully returnless (external inline filter required) * 60-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Total size 4 in. L x 2.1 in. W x 1 5/8 in. H * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset operates indefinitely without damage * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies (where appropriate) * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout

Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx returnless PWM kits for ZL1 fuel pump modules have everything needed to provide a standalone, OE-type returnless fuel system with constant or manifold referenced fuel pressure. When used with the popular and affordable GM Gen5 ZL1 Camaro, C7 Corvette, Aeromotive Super ZL1, and many other GM-compatible fuel pump modules, these systems will provide constant pressure or any base pressure with a 1:1 manifold referenced (supplied MAP sensor based) fuel pressure—operating like a mechanical fuel pressure regulator would with the ECM calibrated in the same manner. The simplicity of these kits comes with connecting the supplied standalone MAP sensor to the pressurized side of the intake manifold, just like connecting a boost gauge or manifold referenced fuel pressure regulator. For constant fuel pressure simply leave the MAP sensor portion of the kit disconnected. BoostWorx ZL1 controllers feature: * Everything needed electrically to drive the fuel pump module--no relays, external regulators, or return lines are required * Unmatched low fuel level capability * Up to a 2/3 reduction in power to the fuel module during idle and cruise vs. traditional systems * 40-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * 10 to 22 V operating capacity -- Can be used with voltage boosters -- Lower than 10 V applied to the turn on circuit will cause controller shutdown to protect from an AFR lean condition * Billet aluminum VaporWorx MAP sensor bracket and 3bar pressure sensor

Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx returnless PWM kits for Ford GT500 have everything needed to provide a standalone, manifold referenced, OE-type returnless fuel system. When used with the low-cost Ford/Motorcraft PFS1314 fuel module, the systems will provide a 42 to 60 psi base pressure with a 1:1 manifold referenced fuel pressure change for up to 25 psi of boost--just like a mechanical fuel pressure regulator would with the ECM tuned in the same manner. The system's key to simplicity is the standalone manifold pressure sensor that tells the BoostWorx controller how to adjust the fuel pressure. Simply connect the hose from the pressure sensor mount to the intake manifold, set the fuel pressure according to the need, and you're done. The controllers can also be used with any engine that needs to have a separate MAP sensor for manifold referenced fuel pressure. BoostWorx GT500 controllers feature: * Everything needed electrically to drive the fuel pump module--no relays, external regulators, or return lines are required * Unmatched low fuel level capability when combined with the OEM-style fuel module * A minimum 50 percent reduction in power to the fuel pump during idle and cruise vs. traditional systems * 40-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset * Short circuit protection that will operate indefinitely without damage * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * 10 to 22 V operating capacity -- Can be used with voltage boosters -- Lower than 10 V applied to the turn on circuit will cause controller shutdown to protect from an AFR lean condition * Billet aluminum VaporWorx MAP sensor bracket and 3bar pressure sensor

Aeromotive VaporWorx BoostWorx PWM controllers for DualX ZL1 universal applications simplify installation and increase overall fuel system performance for dual OEM ZL1 fuel module applications. DualX uses a progressive ramping strategy with connections on the controller for the primary (pump 1) and follower (pump 2). The follower pump runs at lower duty cycle than the primary, allowing the follower pump to be on at all times, but at a lower average power, and allowing the pumps in the follower module to continually fill the reservoir with fuel, so it is ready to feed the engine under the most challenging conditions. As the primary pump increases in duty cycle, so does the follower, and once the primary is at 100 percent, the follower continues to increase to 100 percent duty cycle, as needed. This strategy is automatic and requires no user programming or adjustments. BoostWorx PWM DualX ZL1 fuel module controllers feature: * Everything needed electrically to drive the fuel pump module -- No relays, Hobb's switches, or filters needed -- OEM fuel level sensor can be used if desired * Unmatched low fuel level capability * Up to a 2/3 reduction in power to the fuel module during idle and cruise vs. traditional systems * 80-amp minimum continuous power rating in a compact controller package * Over-temperature shutdown with automatic reset * Short circuit protection * OEM Delphi/Aptiv connections for terminals, seals, and connector bodies, where appropriate * All cross-linked polyethylene wiring * Single 20 ft. wiring harness to the fuel module * UL94 rated components used throughout * Integrates into the OE ECM to allow all safety systems to remain functional * Can be used in constant or manifold referenced fuel pressure modes -- Manifold referenced suggested to further reduce electrical demand
