Holley EFI Terminator X Active Speed Management Software
Getting a high-powered drag car to hook is the key to low elapsed times and win lights. Whether a small tire radial car or a full out Pro-Mod, all racecars will benefit from Holley's Time-Based Traction Management feature. Designed for Terminator X V3 Build 110 and later, the Time-Based Traction Management is intended for drag racing, standing mile events, or other racing that starts from a stop. Traction management is based on the time from launch vs. engine and driveshaft speed (one or both can be used). The tuner enters several curves that will retard ignition timing and can also enable rev limiting based on the departure of wheel or engine speed from the base curve. Each Holley EFI Terminator X Active Speed management software purchase allows activation of the traction management features for a single ECU. Once purchased, instructions will be emailed to the purchaser on how to access the feature. Please note that it may take up to an hour for the email to arrive after the order has been placed. Nitrous Express Stage II Water/Methanol Injection Systems
You'd be crazy to throw water into a gas tank and expect to get anywhere—but power and torque can be increased if you inject it into the incoming air charge with Nitrous Express water/methanol injection systems. Cooling the air charge allows for increased timing and the resulting performance benefits. These versatile units have a wide-open throttle switch for naturally aspirated vehicles and an adjustable boost-activated switch for forced induction models. Nitrous Express systems inject a fixed amount of fluid when the WOT switch or boost is activated—and continues until the switch opens again. They reduce intake temperatures and the need for timing retard when used with nitrous. Stage II kits come complete with a high-output pump, 3 qt. reservoir, nozzle, boost activated progressive controller, switch, hardware, and detailed instructions. Water has always been used to cool down motors, but with Nitrous Express water/methanol injection systems … it'll be heating things up!
