EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air Piston Compressors
EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are quiet. The most common complaints about compressors are their high noise levels. EMAX Silent Air units not only still the noise, but they also do it with a big cfm output and lower rpm. Featuring their Whisper 100 system installed on the back of the tanks, stationary compressor dB ratings are reduced by as much as 25 percent. The Whisper dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling intake air through a series of baffle plates and prefilter media inside the silencer cabinet. Piston intake noise is trapped and dissipated within the silencer structure; plus, it also provides secondary filtration for cleaner air. Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are designed for up to 50,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance. At the core of these extremely durable compressors are super-quiet pumps featuring cast iron crankcases, precision-balanced cast iron crankshafts, and high-quality stainless steel roller bearings to ensure smooth, efficient operation. For long life and rebuildability, EMAX adds steel connecting rods with replaceable rod bearing inserts, removable cast iron cylinders and cylinder heads, disc intake and exhaust valves, and cast iron flywheels with a built-in fan. Forgeline One-Piece Monoblock Series VX1S Custom-Order Wheels
Some of the world's finest custom lightweight forged aluminum wheels are right here—and we get them from Forgeline Motorsports! Forgeline's one-piece Monoblock Series VX1S custom-order wheels are machined entirely from a single 6061-T6 aluminum forging to create a wheel that is extremely stiff, exceptionally strong, and very lightweight—all rolled into one attractive package! The VX1S features a sharp Y-spoke design with long spokes that wrap around the lug holes, striking sharp angles, deep concave profile, and I-beamed spokes. The Forgeline VX1S is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that utilizes manufacturing technology similar to Forgeline's very successful GA1R wheel model. Beyond just beautiful style, the VX1S wheel is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. And the one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. Note: The VX1S doesn't share the same 2,100 lb. load rating as the VX1R, therefore it is NOT recommended for hard core racing applications. Forgeline can custom build the VX1S wheel in 18-inch, 19-inch, 20-inch, 21-inch, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. It can also be made to accommodate most 5-lug and centerlock applications. Depending on size, the VX1S wheel may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. These components connect the piston to the connecting rod and provide a bearing for the connecting rod to pivot upon as the piston moves. The Trend G Series wrist pins are produced from chrome molybdenum 4130 thick-wall tubing and are a popular choice with OEM's and engine builders. Superior to common 1018 mild steel alternative, these wrist pins are ideally suited for use in naturally aspirated race engines.
