Johnson's Hot Rod Shop Kinmont Safety Stop brakes combine the vintage look of the original Kinmont design with the stopping power of modern disc brakes. They also include internal features that make them easy to bleed and maintenance-free. Designed around the venerable 1937-48 Ford spindle, they use a 10.5 in. vented rotor with a 4-piston caliper. The aluminum caliper is equipped with proper internal dust caps and seals, and stainless steel pistons. The design allows for easy assembly and access to the bleed valves. The drum cover and backing plate are precision cast and available in natural-cast or polished finishes. The billet aluminum hubs are offered in three patterns to fit most wheel configurations. Billet Specialties GS Series GS44 polished custom order big wheels make a bold statement of style that will separate your ride from the pack. Each 2-piece wheel is precision-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers for light weight, and then mated to a spun 6061 one-piece conventional lip barrel for strength and trueness. GS44 rims feature 10 curved spokes with forked crossover-look legs; plus a center hub designed for hidden lugs. These impactful wheels are available in a variety of size options—including extreme custom widths through 16 in.—for the front and/or rear or your vehicle. Additional powdercoat choices are also offered. A powerful blend of style, strength, and performance! NOTE: All custom order wheels are Special Order and Non-Returnable.
