EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air Piston Compressors
EMAX Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are quiet. The most common complaints about compressors are their high noise levels. EMAX Silent Air units not only still the noise, but they also do it with a big cfm output and lower rpm. Featuring their Whisper 100 system installed on the back of the tanks, stationary compressor dB ratings are reduced by as much as 25 percent. The Whisper dissipates compressor intake noise by channeling intake air through a series of baffle plates and prefilter media inside the silencer cabinet. Piston intake noise is trapped and dissipated within the silencer structure; plus, it also provides secondary filtration for cleaner air. Industrial Plus Silent Air piston compressors are designed for up to 50,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance. At the core of these extremely durable compressors are super-quiet pumps featuring cast iron crankcases, precision-balanced cast iron crankshafts, and high-quality stainless steel roller bearings to ensure smooth, efficient operation. For long life and rebuildability, EMAX adds steel connecting rods with replaceable rod bearing inserts, removable cast iron cylinders and cylinder heads, disc intake and exhaust valves, and cast iron flywheels with a built-in fan. These bigger low-rpm pumps have a larger bore and stroke, so you get big cfm output with reduced friction and heat buildup. All EMAX Industrial Plus compressors have low-rpm motors (1,750 rpm). Because of their higher torque factor, compared to the 3,450 rpm motors most manufacturers use, they run much cooler. They also yield low harmonic distortion, provide much higher torque in cold weather starting, and require less electricity to start. Other features include big 1 3/8 in. output shafts, large starting and running capacitors, and dynamically balanced armatures. Their 15 Service Factor means the motors can be pulled 15 percent over full load. Depending on the application, many Silent Air piston compressors feature totally enclosed, fan-cooled (TEFC) motors that keep harmful dust and particulates out of the motor. This allows them to be used in dusty commercial and industrial environments without worrying about maintenance. They have 100 percent copper windings with pre-wired magnetic starters (necessary on any motor over 15 amps). These are high-quality, name brand, premium efficiency motors that meet all UL and CSA requirements. Some lower horsepower models are equipped with name brand, open-drip (OPD) motors. Forgeline Drag Racing Series GS1R-6 Beadlock Custom-Order Wheels
After more than 25 years of producing the most highly regarded and technically advanced wheels for professional road racing applications, Forgeline has directed their experience and capability toward the drag racing industry and developed the all-forged Drag Racing Series GS1R-6 wheel—a unique single beadlock wheel that is designed specifically for vehicle applications with 6-lug hubs, including the Dodge Viper. Unlike most traditional drag racing wheels, Forgeline's GS1R-6 is a forged monoblock single beadlock wheel that is carved entirely in one-piece from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum using an advanced precision machining process. This forged monoblock technology has proven successful, for many years, at the highest levels of road racing, and Forgeline is excited to apply it to beadlock wheels for straight line racing applications. The GS1R-6 Beadlock wheel is very similar to Forgeline's track-proven GS1R road racing wheel with one big exception: It has been re-engineered to include a special bolt-on outboard beadlock ring that, like the wheel itself, is also precision-machined from forged 6061-T6 aluminum. This forged aluminum ring holds the tire securely in place, to limit unwanted tire slip against the wheel, and to keep the tire from unseating, at very high speeds. The forged beadlock ring is secured to the wheel with a series of 21 standard lightweight titanium bolts. Like all Forgeline wheels, the one-piece forged monoblock GS1R Beadlock is a custom made-to-order wheel offered 17-inch, 18-inch, and 19-inch diameters in a range of widths and custom offsets and fitments. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the GS1R Beadlock is available with fully customizable finish options. Note: This wheel requires special machining to fit our optional Open Lug Center Caps. If you wish to use an optional Open Lug Center Cap, then you must specify when placing your order! Custom made-to-order, Forgeline Motorsports engineers and builds every set of forged wheels one-at-a-time from scratch for each individual customer and each unique vehicle application. Within the limits determined by the wheel style and the forging from which it is made, in most cases, Forgeline can create a custom size, lug pattern, and backspace/offset to create the perfect fitment for almost any application. The aggressive Carbon+Forged FF-Carbon wheel combines a weight-optimized CNC-machined forged aluminum center with Forgeline's revolutionary proprietary carbon fiber barrel to deliver the ultimate in technological advancement, exclusive styling, and industry-leading lightweight performance. The FF-Carbon features a unique precision-machined forged 6061-T6 aluminum center featuring classic 5-spoke styling, concave center profile, and a motorsport-derived open-lug hub center to create a wheel with stunning good looks, aggressive character, and plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment! The FF-Carbon's super-lightweight carbon fiber barrel creates an attractive and visually distinctive rim that is 40 percent lighter than its aluminum equivalent, delivering a significant weight reduction to the wheel's outer perimeter, where it has the greatest reduction in unwanted inertia and yields real-world improvements to acceleration, braking, cornering traction, ride quality, NVH (noise, vibration, & harshness), driver/passenger comfort, and fuel economy. The Carbon+Forged carbon fiber barrels are also engineered and tested to deliver industry-leading levels of fatigue strength, impact/damage resistance, and deflection stiffness. Tested by an independent automotive industry laboratory, they have proven to be incredibly strong and robust, exceeding all existing SAE and TUV test specifications. This forged aluminum ring holds the tire securely in place, to limit unwanted tire slip against the wheel, and to keep the tire from unseating, at very high speeds. The forged beadlock ring is secured to the wheel with a series of 21 standard lightweight titanium bolts. The CF1 Beadlock also forgoes the CF1 Open Lug's aggressive open-lug hub center area for a more traditional hub center design that accommodates our standard press-in aluminum center cap. The CF1's one-piece Monoblock design, with no welding or assembly bolts, is machined to close tolerances to be smooth and vibration-free. They offer exceptional deflection and structural stiffness, as well as generous brake clearance. Forgeline's new one-piece forged Monoblock CF1 Beadlock wheel can be custom made-to-order in 17-inch, 18-inch, and 19-inch diameters in a range of widths and custom offsets and fitments. Upon request, it can be engineered to work with shank-style lug nuts. And just like any Forgeline wheel, the CF1 Beadlock is available with fully customizable finish options to allow you to mix or match ring and wheel colors!
