JOES Racing Products micro sprint splined inserts for birdcages and brake carriers are precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. JOE's top-of-the-line equipment turns the diameters for a precision fit. The single bearing spline fits micro sprint brake caliper carriers and the double bearing splines work with birdcages and double brake caliper carriers. JOE's 1 3/4 in. x 27 spline inserts fit bearings with an ID 1.968 diameter range and the 2 in. x 31 spline inserts are designed to fit bearings with an ID 2.165 diameter range.

JOES Racing Products Micro Sprint front brake calipers deliver value and performance. Fully CNC machined and assembled in house to exacting specifications, these modular dual piston calipers feature two 1 in. pistons designed to reduce the amount of heat that is transferred to your brake fluid. This keeps your fluid cooler, reducing heat soak and potential brake fade or loss during the race. JOES also use a bolt to keep the pads in place for a cleaner install and easier maintenance. The modular design of JOES Micro Sprint calipers allow you to build your own left front brake kit by selecting a caliper mount, rotor spacer, your choice of brake pads and rotor (all sold separately) for your application.

The hardened T-nuts will self-center in the rotor flange; and the small amount of movement allows your rotor to grow and shrink through heat expansion.
