Wilwood C10 ProSpindles are designed for custom and competition applications using Wilwood disc brake kits. The ProSpindle kits contain a pair of modular spindles, steering arms, and hub assemblies designed to provide increased strength and braking capacity, along with minimized weight, while incorporating a 2.50 in. lowered stance without affecting steering geometry. Wilwood C10 ProSpindles are constructed from a proprietary grade of forged aluminum. The integrated modular bearing hub assemblies support 5 in. x 4.75 in. and 5 in. x 5 in. bolt patterns, and the ProSpindles provide direct mounting of radial caliper brackets, creating a strong, zero flex platform for brake mounting. Wilwood AFX ProSpindles are high-strength steel spindles for GM A-, F-, and X-body vehicles that use the original bolt-on steering arms. They are specifically designed for use with Wilwood disc brake kits with a 2.00 in. drop for a more aggressive stance without affecting steering geometry. They offer the added benefits of providing a lower center of gravity, raised front roll center, and a decreased camber change, improving handling with less body roll. Wilwood AFX ProSpindles install using the OE ball joints using original or aftermarket control arms.

Wilwood AFX 2nd Gen ProSpindle kits contain a pair of high-strength steel spindles with a more rigid steering arm, eliminating the archaic GM factory sliding caliper mount. These spindles are engineered to simplify upgrades by allowing the direct mounting of Wilwood calipers and performance disc brake kits. These cast steel, drop-style spindles are black e-coated for added durability, and the 2 in. drop lowers the center of gravity for less body roll and improved looks, without affecting steering geometry. Wilwood ProSpindle steering arms are specifically designed for use in fabricated A-arm suspensions on kit cars, street rods, drag cars—and other custom or race applications configured around Pinto/Mustang ll suspension geometry. A redesigned one-piece forged steel body uses common Pinto and Mustang ll tie rod ends, ball joints, wheel bearings, and seals. It's lightweight yet nearly 3x stronger than OE or aftermarket 2-piece cast iron and steel replacement spindles. The 2 in. dropped spindle pin provides the desired lowered ride height without disturbing the suspension geometry. Bolt-on steering arms are strong and can be reversed to accommodate rear steer configurations. They also allow the same spindle to be used on either side of a vehicle. Bolt-on caliper brackets attach to substantially reinforced mounting bosses on the spindle body for secure, deflection-free mounting of 4- or 6-piston calipers.
