Wilwood AFX ProSpindles are high-strength steel spindles for GM A-, F-, and X-body vehicles that use the original bolt-on steering arms. They are specifically designed for use with Wilwood disc brake kits with a 2.00 in. drop for a more aggressive stance without affecting steering geometry. They offer the added benefits of providing a lower center of gravity, raised front roll center, and a decreased camber change, improving handling with less body roll. Wilwood AFX ProSpindles install using the OE ball joints using original or aftermarket control arms.

Wilwood AFX 2nd Gen ProSpindle kits contain a pair of high-strength steel spindles with a more rigid steering arm, eliminating the archaic GM factory sliding caliper mount. These spindles are engineered to simplify upgrades by allowing the direct mounting of Wilwood calipers and performance disc brake kits. These cast steel, drop-style spindles are black e-coated for added durability, and the 2 in. drop lowers the center of gravity for less body roll and improved looks, without affecting steering geometry.
