Willy's Carburetor & Dyno Shop throttle and return spring kits service your carburetor. They feature two throttle return springs on the primary throttle shaft and one throttle return spring for the secondary shaft—all are relocated for air cleaner clearance. The steel bracket features a built-in adjustable throttle stop and is powdercoated in a gloss black for added durability and lasting good looks. Willy's 1 in. adjustable restrictor plates allow the racer to dial custom torque and horsepower curves to specific track conditions. Willy's restrictor plate is fully O-ringed and is made from CNC-machined billet aluminum. This plate has 18 turns of adjustment, ranging from 1.750 in. to 1.000 in.

These Willy's carburetors feature a Holley HP main body, a 750 base plate with stainless steel butterflies and PTFE bushed throttle shafts, and Willy's externally adjustable metering blocks. Willy's specifically dyno tests and tunes these carburetors for GM's 604 crate engines.
