UMI Performance bolt-in Viking rear coilover kits allow full ride height, spring rate, and damping adjustability. The double shear upper mount is a direct bolt-in and holds a true 2.5 in. diameter coilover spring. The FEA designed lower bracket bolts in using the standard shock mounting hole as well as an additional reinforcement hole. Drilling one 3/8 in. hole per side is required to complete installation. The coilover kits utilize Viking shocks that are 19-way adjustable in both compression and rebound to ensure the perfect setting for every application. Viking shocks are fully rebuildable. The 2.5 in. diameter coilover springs are available in 14 in. long, 110 lb. spring rate for drag use; 14 in. long, 125 lb. spring rate for street use; and 12 in. long, 150 lb. spring rate for autocross and road race applications. The coilover kits have been tested with 1.5 in. diameter UMI trailing arms, as well as UMI's 22mm sway bar and 32mm drag anti-roll bar. Fitment with other brand sway bars and larger diameter control arms is not guaranteed. Please contact UMI for additional information regarding fitment. UMI Performance coilover conversion brackets are used to provide a double shear upper attachment point for a true 2 1/2 in. racing coilover shock and spring. Most applications will use an industry standard 7 in. stroke double rod end shock and 12 in. x 2 1/2 in. diameter coilover spring. The bracket bolts to the upper A-arm mount in order to properly locate the unit for welding. Prototyping was completed using Afco Pro-Tour Elite shocks; your brand may require additional modification. Heavy fabrication is required, as the 4054 kit is intended for use on high-end, high performance Pro-Touring builds. Order the conversion brackets recommended for your vehicle.

The included A-arm kit enables 10 degrees caster while maintaining standard track width and wheelbase. Lower A-arms are assembled with tall lower ball joints to optimize roll center, camber gain, and center of gravity. Lower A-arms feature Delrin bushings for smooth travel and bind-free performance. The new lower A-arm works in conjunction with the included adjustable upper arm—which features minimum shim adjustability, Pro Forged ball joints, and super-smooth PTFE lined rod ends. The front sway bar attaches using UMI's swivel-style end link design and double shear mounting system. The included Viking Crusader coilover shocks mount to the lower A-arm in double shear quick-change brackets. The lower shock mount is removable to allow spring and shock changes at the track. UMI's kit features Viking Crusader shocks with AT pro-touring valving (high rebound tie-down for road race and autocross) and a true 2.5 in. racing coilover. These powdercoated steel brackets allow for removal of the rust-prone upper mount unit (and associated rubber biscuit), converting it to racing-style double shear. UMI Performance control arm relocation brackets lower the rear of the control arm by up to 3 in. and are a must for all lowered vehicles to correct lost suspension geometry.
