UMI Performance Rear control arms and panhard bars are direct bolt-on replacements designed to minimize wheel hop and improve cornering and track consistency, while lowering ETs. The control arms are constructed from a DOM mild steel tubing 1.375 in. o.d. x 0.095 in. wall and are completely CNC-machined and fully TIG-welded for outstanding strength. The adjustable models feature spherical rod ends that allow for "bind-free" operation, making them great upgrades for both your track and autocross-driven vehicles. The Roto-Joint equipped models are designed to work like a spherical rod end while maintaining the qualities of a softer bushing. Roto-Joints feature a 4140 chromoly ball that rotates in a Delrin race. Do you have an aftermarket rear-end and no way to install a rear sway? You can solve the problem by using a rear-end sway bar installation kit from UMI Performance. These kits include bolt-on CNC-machined bushing mounts, heavy-duty zinc plated chromoly U-bolts, and longer polyurethane end links. UMI Performance solid motor mounts replace the factory rubber motor mounts, decreasing engine movement for maximal vehicle performance. These solid mounts bolt directly to the frame of the 1982-92 GM F-body and 1978-88 GM G-body, as well as many other 1974 and later GM V8 applications. UMI Performance Tunnel Mounted Torque Arm Relocation Kits
UMI Performance offers tunnel mounted torque arm relocation kits for a variety of 1982-92 GM F-Body vehicles, including Chevy Camaros and Pontiac Firebirds. These TH350 transmission mounts come with an added bushing mount to be used with UMI's tunnel-mounted torque arm. They are the same mount supplied with UMI's 2214 tunnel-mounted torque arm setup. The mounts will also work with factory T5 5-speed transmissions. This relocation kit is the best option if you already have a UPI tunnel-mounted torque arm and are doing a transmission swap. The steel crossmembers are available in a red or black powdercoat finish.

UMI Performance Coilover Conversion Brackets
UMI Performance coilover conversion brackets are used to provide a double shear upper attachment point for a true 2 1/2 in. racing coilover shock and spring. Most applications will use an industry standard 7 in. stroke double rod end shock and 12 in. x 2 1/2 in. diameter coilover spring. The bracket bolts to the upper A-arm mount in order to properly locate the unit for welding. Prototyping was completed using Afco Pro-Tour Elite shocks; your brand may require additional modification. Heavy fabrication is required, as the 4054 kit is intended for use on high-end, high performance Pro-Touring builds. Order the conversion brackets recommended for your vehicle.

UMI Performance 1978-88 GM G-Body Brake Conversion Brackets
UMI brake conversion brackets are designed to mount 1997-2013 C5 or C6 front calipers and rotors to the 1978-88 GM G-Body factory spindle. Conversion brackets are CNC laser-cut from 3/8 in. thick mild steel and feature a heavy-duty black powdercoat finish. Each kit includes Grade 10.9 mounting hardware and complete detailed installation instructions. The instructions include a detailed list of GM part numbers needed to complete the brake grade upgrade.
