UMI Performance coilover conversion brackets are used to provide a double shear upper attachment point for a true 2 1/2 in. racing coilover shock and spring. Most applications will use an industry standard 7 in. stroke double rod end shock and 12 in. x 2 1/2 in. diameter coilover spring. The bracket bolts to the upper A-arm mount in order to properly locate the unit for welding. Prototyping was completed using Afco Pro-Tour Elite shocks; your brand may require additional modification. Heavy fabrication is required, as the 4054 kit is intended for use on high-end, high performance Pro-Touring builds. Order the conversion brackets recommended for your vehicle.

These weld-in upper coilover mounts locate a 2 1/2 in. racing coilover in the proper spot for use with UMI's adjustable lower arm or most aftermarket coilover compatible arms. The kits feature strong 3/16 in. laser-cut construction, quick-align mounting bolt, a 5 1/2 in. reinforcement ring, and templates for trimming the frame. UMI offers their Afco and Viking specific shocks and springs as direct bolt-in options. Cutting and welding is required, and installation by an experienced fabricator is recommended. UMI Performance shock mounts prevent the common issue of lower rear shock mount binding. They're a bolt-in shock relocator kit that rotates each shock 90 degrees, while leaving them in the same location. The TIG-welded lower bracket holds the shock in double-shear so that it's able to pivot freely about the lower bolt. UMI Performance competition shock mounts are upper double shear brackets intended for use with 1/2 in. bearing, racing-style shocks. These powdercoated steel brackets allow for removal of the rust-prone upper mount unit (and associated rubber biscuit), converting it to racing-style double shear. UMI recommends using these mounts with UMI Afco shocks, Viking shocks, and with most other standard-style racing shocks.

UMI Performance control arm relocation brackets reposition your instant center by changing your lower control arm angle for improved traction. UMI Performance control arm relocation brackets lower the rear of the control arm by up to 3 in. and are a must for all lowered vehicles to correct lost suspension geometry. These relocation brackets have two settings to allow the lower control arm to be lowered either 2 in. or 3 in., depending on your preference. Settings are placed in a correct pattern that will allow for the use of all OEM control arms or any aftermarket control arm (brackets do not require a longer control arm).
