UMI Performance rear frame notch kits allow for narrowing the rear upper frame rails so you can install wider tires. The precision laser-cut 1/8 in. premium steel follows the frame contour and is intentionally slightly oversized to allow for variances. The pieces are easily welded with a standard MIG welder. End enclosures are included to span from the kit to the original frame. UMI Performance rear frame notch kits require fabrication.

They're designed to work with the factory K-member, UMI K-member, and many other aftermarket K-members that use a factory-style pedestal mount. UMI Performance replacement control arm Roto-Joints are designed to replace spherical rod ends on UMI Performance control arms. They are fully assembled with a grease fitting, a new jam nut, and a clear anodized finish. The Roto-Joints allow for 28 degrees of total rotation and unrestricted movement throughout the vehicle's suspension. They are also 100 percent rebuildable. As the Delrin race wears, the adjuster ring can be tightened using the optional spanner wrench to apply tension to the ball. If the Delrin bushing would ever completely wear, it can be easily replaced.

UMI Performance Control Arm Torque Box Reinforcements

UMI Performance control arm torque box reinforcements will take care of those cracked torque boxes. If you have raced your Mustang aggressively, on slicks, or even on the street, and especially if your car is a 5-speed, you may have cracked torque boxes. Fox bodies don't have the best chassis to begin with; combine them with a V8 and some torque, and you are going to have problems. That is why control arm reinforcements or torque box reinforcements were designed to reinforce weak and cracked torque boxes.
