Turbosmart EM Plum Back Upgraded Diverter Valves

Turbosmart Plumb Back EM upgraded diverter valves combine the SEMA Award-winning EM Vehicle Integration technology and tried-and-tested BOV5 architecture. Featuring a return hose for high-flowing plumb back performance and a direct-fit billet aluminum valve utilizing a 38mm / 1.5 in. positive seal piston, these valves will provide enough flow even for seriously modified vehicles while happily working on the factory and mildly tuned cars. The Turbosmart Patented EM System allows full integration with the factory electronics of later model vehicles. Some car manufacturers have taken to fitting electronic solenoid-actuated diverter valves—and have done this to use the valve for several other purposes outside the traditional use, such as when lifting the throttle, etc. EM Technology allows full integration with these systems and the motorsport-proven reliability and performance of a mechanical, piston-based valve. Turbosmart Gen-V Electronic Anti-Lag Valves

Turbosmart Gen-V electronic anti-lag valves are perfect for motorsport and high-performance applications featuring fully electronic actuation, removing the need for the solenoids and tanks of traditional pneumatic systems. They feature a 40mm valve diameter and purpose designed actuator housing. Multiple fittings are also supplied for ease of fitment and fabrication. The fresh air valve allows incoming charged fresh air from the turbo to be diverted safely into the exhaust manifold pre-turbine wheel with throttle at low opening angles. This allows for safer spooling of the turbocharger without potentially damaging the throttle based late combustion event style anti-lag that can induce high engine stresses and break connecting rods. Turbosmart Kompact Shortie Plumb Back Blow-Off Valves

Turbosmart Shortie Kompact Series blow-off valves are specifically designed to suit aftermarket and upgraded factory turbos. Unlike standard plastic valves that use single-layer diaphragms (which are known to crack under increased boost), the new Kompact valves use an O-ring sealed piston; coupled with their billet aluminum construction, this allows them to support over 30 psi. These blow-off valves are available as universal models or as a bolt-on replacement for the factory valve on all BorgWarner EFR, KKK, and most Eco-boost turbos. The Kompact Shortie Plumb Back provides better boost response and greater boost handling capability.

Turbosmart Kompact Dual Port Blow-Off Valves

Turbosmart Kompact dual port blow-off valves offer high performance, OEM fitment, versatility, and affordability—in other words, everything you need! These BOVs feature dual ports that vent into both the atmosphere and the air intake, reducing turbo lag and eliminating cavitation. Turbosmart Kompact dual port blow-off valves are designed to be bolt-on replacements for plastic factory Bosch or Denso units. They use sequential timing to allow for quieter operation during normal driving, while still providing the benefits of a vent-to-atmosphere type BOV under race conditions. They are easily converted into full atmospheric or full bypass units by using the included port blanking plug.
