Something great just got better! Trick Flow® used advanced 3D solid modeling and CAD tools (plus a couple decade's worth of racing experience) to turn its track-proven Twisted Wedge® design into the potent Twisted Wedge® 11R 170 head. Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® 11R 170 heads are a direct replacement for previous Twisted Wedge® heads and work with all Twisted Wedge®-specific pistons. New high-velocity, race-inspired CNC street ported runners have been optimized for today's popular bore and stroke combinations, and have a standard resolution surface finish for significant performance gains. Modified 11 degree intake and 13 degree exhaust valve angles and a restructured, CNC-profiled combustion chamber arrangement provides more airflow and performance potential. Premium certified materials and components, along with the finest CNC tooling, are used to ensure exceptional quality and durability, dimensional accuracy, and balanced flow from port-to-port. The fully machined castings are very strong and have a great-looking, billet-like appearance. Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® 11R 170 cylinder heads are available fully assembled or as bare castings. Trick Flow® PowerOval® 280 cylinder heads for big block Chevy are an ideal upgrade from factory cast iron heads for street/strip and marine applications. They feature an oval intake port design that produces excellent low and midrange torque and horsepower, plus Fast As Cast® runners for near-CNC-ported performance for about the same money as standard cast heads. Efficient heart-shaped, CNC-profiled combustion chambers have CNC bowl blended valve seat transitions to promote high velocity and huge airflow volume, plus 24 degree valve angles with 4 degree side cants to further increase airflow. Trick Flow® PowerPort® 190 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Mopar
Trick Flow® PowerPort® 190 cylinder heads for small block Mopar engines are made from A356-T61 aluminum because it's much lighter but every bit as strong as cast iron. The intake runners have been enhanced to increase airflow, and both intake and exhaust runners feature Trick Flow's® special CNC Street Ported treatment that combines premium-quality CNC machining with a standard resolution finish that's perfect for making more power. That's not all! Newly designed rocker arm shaft mounting bosses are stronger than the OE design, and larger diameter pushrod holes have been incorporated to accommodate 3/8 in. pushrods for use with flat tappet and hydraulic roller camshafts. Bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and multi-angle valve seats further increase performance and durability. Assembled cylinder heads include premium 11/32 in. stainless steel valves, Trick Flow by PAC Racing® valve springs, steel valve stem locks—and have chromoly and titanium retainer options. The heads fit all non-emissions 318, 340, and 360 engines found in many Chrysler vehicles from 1967-2003. You read that right: these heads fit both LA and Magnum-series engines, giving builders a truly "best of both worlds" scenario. That means Magnum builders can use readily available LA engine parts such as intake manifolds and valve covers. Trick Flow® Super 23® 215 cylinder heads are a mainstay in the high-performance Chevy world. Based on the proven Super 23® head design, they're packed with power-building features like 215cc intake runners for strong mid- and high-RPM power, angled spark plugs, raised valve cover rails, and extra-thick walls for added durability. But progress never sleeps, so Trick Flow® developed an all-new Super 23® 215 cylinder head design that has a new and improved casting with a thicker 3/4" deck. Trick Flow® also added their top-of-the-line, CNC Competition Ported runner treatment with fully CNC-machined combustion chambers. Kit number TFS-K51802002 has an 1,800-6,500 rpm operating range and is ideal for mild street/strip engines with power adders using a maximum of 5-6 psi of boost. Kit number TFS-K51802003 delivers strong mid-range to top-end power (up to 6,500 rpm) in extreme duty street and naturally aspirated race engines. Kit number TFS-K51802004 is Trick Flow's highest-performing modular cam kit.
