Transform your LS1 into a powerhouse! Trick Flow® GenX® 220 cylinder heads for GM 5.7L LS1 engines are a great value in performance. The cathedral port heads incorporate features of Trick Flow® fully CNC-ported LS heads in a more affordable "Fast As Cast®" version that flows nearly as much air as their competition ported heads. The special Fast As Cast® runner design duplicates the port shape and profile of fully CNC-ported runners, resulting in near-CNC-ported performance for the same price as regular cast cylinder heads. Other features include shallower 13.5 degree valve angles to decrease valve shrouding and increase mid-lift airflow, relocated spark plugs, CNC-profiled combustion chambers with port-to-valve seat blending (bowl blending), improved rocker arm/valve cover clearance, and a rigid casting design. Trick Flow GenX 220 cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. D-747 for 1997-present GM vehicles with 5.7L and 6.0L engines. They are available fully assembled or as bare castings and sold individually.

Trick Flow® DHC™ 200 Cylinder Heads for Small Block Chevrolet
Build the ultimate classic-looking hi-po Chevy small block with Trick Flow® DHC™ 200 cylinder heads. Patterned after Trick Flow's popular DHC™ 175 as-cast heads, DHC™ 200 heads get the full CNC-ported treatment to substantially ramp up power production. New 64cc CNC-profiled combustion chambers with 2.055 in. intake valves and CNC Street Ported runners promote big increases in high-RPM horsepower and torque. Bronze alloy valve guides, ductile iron valve seats, and stainless steel valves ensure excellent durability, while proprietary valve profiles and multi-angle valve seat machining maximize flow at low lift. Extra thick decks and walls increase casting strength for peace of mind in demanding conditions. Chromoly steel retainers, 7-degree machined steel valve locks, factory intake and exhaust port locations, and your choice of Trick Flow by PAC Racing valve springs are also standard. As with all Trick Flow® cylinder heads, DHC™ 200 heads are cast from A356-T61 aluminum to keep weight low. To preserve the vintage theme, exterior touches like straight spark plug holes, castings with or without accessory bolt holes, and other OE double hump head styling cues deliver the traditional look you're going for. Trick Flow® GenX® 255 Cylinder Heads for GM LS3
Trick Flow engineers used the best features of OEM GM LS3 and LS7 cylinder heads, combined with their own race-winning engineering and technology, to create the GenX® 255—the ultimate ultimate square port LS cylinder head for 4.000" and larger bore engines. The heads feature fully CNC Competition Ported runners with a premium high resolution surface finish for maximum airflow and performance potential. Stock LS3 ports accommodate LS3-style intake manifolds and LS9/LSA blower assemblies. The valve angles have been changed from 15° to 12° to increase piston-to-valve clearance and allow the use of larger camshafts. The coolant holes through the head deck were redesigned to work with all LS head gasket and engine block combinations. GenX 255 heads are available with standard or 6-bolt per cylinder mounting patterns. Trick Flow® Super 23® 215 cylinder heads are a mainstay in the high-performance Chevy world. Based on the proven Super 23® head design, they're packed with power-building features like 215cc intake runners for strong mid- and high-RPM power, angled spark plugs, raised valve cover rails, and extra-thick walls for added durability. But progress never sleeps, so Trick Flow® developed an all-new Super 23® 215 cylinder head design that has a new and improved casting with a thicker 3/4" deck. Trick Flow® also added their top-of-the-line, CNC Competition Ported runner treatment with fully CNC-machined combustion chambers. This premium high-resolution surface finish delivers more airflow so that race-ready engines can reach even higher power numbers. You can get Super 23® 215 heads with one of two valve spring packages for different camshaft types and power levels. The standard 1.545" valve springs are perfect for most hydraulic roller cams. These Trick Flow GenX® 205 cathedral port cylinder heads are fully CNC-machined to significantly increase the performance GM's 4.8L/5.3L/5.7L LS engines. Trick Flow engineers altered the valve angles from 15° to 13.5° to decrease valve shrouding, increase mid-lift airflow, and improve rocker arm-to-valve cover clearance. Top-of-the-line CNC Competition Ported runners have a premium high resolution surface finish for maximum flow and performance. The spark plugs were relocated in the CNC-profiled combustion chambers to enhance mid-lift airflow and increase the rigidity of the casting for extreme horsepower applications.
