The Trend G Series wrist pins are produced from chrome molybdenum 4130 thick-wall tubing and are a popular choice with OEM's and engine builders. Superior to common 1018 mild steel alternative, these wrist pins are ideally suited for use in naturally aspirated race engines. The four operations performed in the wrist pins manufacture are as follows: Blanked to size, heat treated (60 Rockwell O.D./45 core), tumbled and ground.
