Trail-Gear is the first in the industry to develop a series of Tacoma Solid Axle Swap (SAS) kits that are complete, user friendly, and affordable. They offer several different Tacoma SAS kits to allow you to pick the kit that is best suited and priced for your unique build. Every Tacoma component in these Trail-Gear solid axle swap kits has been engineered for maximum durability and tested using the most advanced engineering technology in the industry. With the full color, in-depth installation instructions, anyone with minimal mechanical and welding skills can install these kits in one or two weekends. All gussets and frame supports are included, so your Tacoma will be much stronger when you finish than it was from the factory. Trail-Gear Hydraulic Threaded Body Bump Stops

Whether you are hitting the trail, or ripping through the desert, Trail-Gear Performance bump stops will allow you to get the most out of your vehicles suspension by eliminating harsh bottom outs. Offered in 2 in. and 2.5 in. body diameters, the 2.5 in. models will absorb more impact energy and are recommended by Trail Gear for vehicles over 5,000 lbs. or trucks with highly leveraged A-arms or trailing arms. Of course, both sizes are sure to improve your overall off-road experience. Trail-Gear Hydraulic threaded body bump stops have anodized aluminum locking rings for quick and easy adjustment. They are fully rebuildable, easily tunable through the Schrader valve, and TG's unique automatic velocity sensitive valving technology saves you time by eliminating the need to adjust shim packs. The bump stops also help prevent damage from occurring to expensive shocks and suspension components by absorbing impacts at full suspension compression. Trail-Gear threaded body bump stops are available in 2 in., 3 in., and 4 in. travel options, and can be purchased individually or in sets that will also include four 1/4 in. thick ASTM A36 steel weld-on universal mounting brackets and spanner wrench. Choose the size, stroke, and quantity desired for your vehicle.
