Trail-Gear pinion seals are direct replacements for your leaking seal. These Trail-Safe seals feature a lip totally supported by a garter spring applying constant force over the full 360 degree circumference. This prevents any deflection gaps and stops oil from bypassing the seal lip. The outer seal lip acts as a secondary seal and keeps debris and other contaminants away from the inner seal lip. The outside diameter is 100 percent coated with high-temperature polyacrylate rubber so that it forms a complete static surface seal resulting in zero leaks and maximum longevity. The outer flange prevents the seal from being pushed too far into the differential housing. This is by far the most effective pinion seal on the market, and will help you keep your favorite trails free of oil.

The 8 in. IFS clamshell differential has frustrated owners with its vibrations and droning hums, often due to the thin and weak driver's side CV shaft differential needle bearing, which doesn't handle side loads effectively. Trail-Gear needle bearing eliminators or clamshell bushings replace weak needle bearings that could fracture and ruin your gears. These 8 in. clamshell needle bearing eliminators are the best way to correct the faulty design and eliminate its weakness for good. They are made from PTFE-impregnated and lined sintered bronze, providing an almost 10mm longer contact surface length to eliminate side load deflection. With a durable SAE 1020 steel backing, they should outlast the lifetime of your CV joints. Benefits: * Replaces weak stock needle bearing on driver's side of specified vehicles * Solid, self-lubricating bushing design greatly reduces axle runout * Less runout reduces or eliminates vibration and noise * Extended length provides increased bearing surface
