These TCI Performance heavy-duty trans-brake solenoids are engineered with features like a precision-ground steel shaft with a bronze bushing, a shaft-pinned nut for secure placement, and a unique lip seal to prevent fluid leakage while minimizing mechanical drag. Their high-efficiency, precision-wound coil maximizes the amount of copper in the allowable space for maximum force, and their 2-wire setup ensures that a good, quality ground can be established. TCI trans-brake kits allow you to achieve maximum torque converter stall for quicker and more consistent reaction and 60 ft. times. They work like this: When the trans-brake is engaged, the vehicle can roll neither forward nor backward, and as you press on the accelerator, the engine can rev as high as the torque converter stall. Once the brake is released, power is immediately transferred to the rear tires, with less parts breakage than with a manual transmission.

TCI Circle Track transmission packages use the latest developments in drivetrain technology to deliver superior performance in one convenient package. As with every TCI Circle Track transmission, those used in Circle Track packages include several advantages over the commonly used manual transmissions, including lighter weight (50-60 lbs. over standard), more economical pricing and performance improvements. Some of these performance improvements include instant throttle response, superior engine braking capabilities and quicker lap times. The converters used in these packages are specially designed with a lower "positive lock-up" stall speed which can eliminate up to 10 percent of power robbing slippage found in OEM and lesser quality converters. This can ultimately result in reducing lap times by as much as one to two-tenths of a second. These units are triple tested and rigorously inspected to provide unmatched performance and race-after-race durability. TCI's new gearotor front pumps offer several design advantages over OEM-style involute pumps, including low rpm flow and reduced horsepower consumption. Other features include longer life, low noise, reduced cavitation, a positive trans-brake application, and a reduced occurrence of slipping reverse clutches when backing or at idle speed. Their gears are created with the latest in powder metal technology for strength and are then coated for wear resistance. A redesigned, bolt-in style stator support eliminates the possibility of spinning. A hardened steel sleeve yields greater wear resistance from input shaft sealing rings, and to top it off, a TH-350/400-style input shaft bushing makes swaps easy.
