Summit Racing™ Head Bolt drill jigs are dual-use tools you will want to add to your tool arsenal for engine machine work, especially when boring and honing cylinder bores. The drilling template also serves as a torque plate when converting from M11 studs to 1/2 in. head studs. Our torque plate drill jigs are crafted from aluminum and anodized red. Summit Racing™ Engine Travel Limiters provide you an affordable complete kit to keep that engine where you mounted it. When using motor plates, the engine may try to move forwards or backwards in the chassis under hard acceleration or braking which could create binding and other problems. These travel limiters bolt to a plate on the engine block and give you a diagonal link to the frame rail that positively locates the engine to keep it from flexing the motor plates. These comes unassembled and include all necessary tabs and hardware. Welding and fabrication skills are required.

BluePrint high torque GM 377 c.i.d. base stroker long block crate engines will provide you a great foundation to return your vehicle to the performance level you desire. They feature a new one-piece rear main BluePrint engine block with 4-bolt mains. Inside the block is a cast crankshaft and connecting rod rotating assembly, with 9.1:1 compression hypereutectic pistons. The full roller camshaft provides 0.481 intake/0.480 exhaust lift with 187 intake/193 exhaust duration at .050 with a 97 degree lobe separation. The engines also include a new oil pan, a set of valve covers, and a timing cover to finish them off. We purchased the last of these new-in-the-box engines from Blueprint. This means we cannot extend a warranty from the manufacturer; however, we do offer our standard 90-day handshake guarantee. This ensures maximum performance and gives you the idle you are looking for. The lobes are designed for stability at high rpm with the spring pressures found in quality .600 and .670 in. spring packs. Careful design guarantees the cams can be installed with minimal difficulty. Although piston to valve clearance should always be verified, the Stage 2 and 3 cams often allow for additional cylinder head milling.
