Don't sacrifice quality for a low price--get both with our Summit Racing™ 64cc aluminum cylinder heads for small Chevy. The lightweight heads are cast from A-356 aluminum alloy and have 200cc intake ports, 64cc combustion chambers, phosphorous bronze valve guides, and ductile iron valve seats for use with unleaded gas. They're also end-milled and drilled for accessories. The fully assembled heads have 2.02 in. intake and 1.60 in. stainless steel exhaust valves, valve springs, 7 degree valve locks, 3/8 in. rocker arm studs, and 5/16 in. guideplates.

Our Summit Performance® headers are manufactured from mandrel-bent tubing for superior flow and greater horsepower. The headers feature a pressure-formed collector for a better flow rate and a JIG-welded tube-to-flange plate for a perfect fit. They're made for off-road and racing use only. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom-altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment. The headers are available in a wide range of styles, sizes, and configurations. Order the pair recommended for your application. (Special warning regarding Summit Racing™ painted headers only. Summit Racing™ mechanical fuel pumps are affordable replacements that deliver superior flow. They're available in two versions; one has 1/4 in. NPT inlets and outlets, provides 5.7 to 8 psi, and can free-flow 80 gph. That's twice what a normal pump delivers. The other has 3/8 in.
