These kits are an affordable way to replace the restrictive factory mid-pipe resonator on your 2015-later Mustang to reduce back pressure and increase exhaust flow. Our Summit Performance® headers are manufactured from mandrel-bent tubing for superior flow and greater horsepower. The headers feature a pressure-formed collector for a better flow rate and a JIG-welded tube-to-flange plate for a perfect fit. They're made for off-road and racing use only. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom-altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment. Summit Racing™ split lock bolt kits put a new twist on the theory of mechanical locking fasteners. These innovative bolts use a locking set pin built into the bolt itself—and when tightened, the set pin expands the bolt threads against the thread wall. This, in turn, provides a locking system without having to use any additional wires, locking compounds, or lock washers. To remove the split lock bolts, simply loosen the set pin and back out the fastener. They are available in a variety of thread sizes, for engine applications from the 1950s and up.

Made from unbreakable A286 Inconel, these high-nickel stainless steel studs are corrosion-resistant and will withstand the high temperatures of turbocharged exhaust. Never break another exhaust manifold bolt again! Each kit includes 18 studs and nuts for use with manifolds that include an extra mounting hole.

Summit Racing™ turbo header flanges give you a great starting point when fabricating a set of custom turbo headers for your ride. These flanges are cast from 304 stainless steel and then milled flat for a consistent seal on the header gasket, unlike laser-cut flanges that often have some warping. The 1/2 in. thickness provides enough rigidity and strength to support the weight of long tube headers and turbos. The port openings are counterbored for the tube diameter to locate and simplify the welding and smooth the transition into the tube without interfering with the gasket surface. Select the size needed. Summit Racing™ is proud to offer Ecoboost turbo manifolds for the 3.5L Ecoboost engines. The factory manifolds are known for warping, cracking, and then leaking when used under heavy loads. Our upgraded stainless manifolds are much heavier than the lightweight factory versions and they flow better which improves exhaust flow and lowers back pressure, allowing the turbos to spool quicker.
