Summit Racing™ SPC Engine Blocks are aftermarket V8 Engine Blocks made for "Street, Performance, or Competition." These new clean sheet designed aftermarket blocks are cast in a modern state-of-the-art German foundry on brand new molds and machined in USA on modern high-speed machining centers that can hold the tightest of tolerances. Why start your engine build with a dirty, old, worn-out production block that needs hundreds or thousands of dollars of machine work--when you can start with a new heavy-duty casting full of high-performance features. We ship these blocks mostly finished but leave the cylinder bore .005" undersize, your machine shop will have to hone them for proper size. BluePrint high torque GM 377 c.i.d. base stroker long block crate engines will provide you a great foundation to return your vehicle to the performance level you desire. They feature a new one-piece rear main BluePrint engine block with 4-bolt mains. Inside the block is a cast crankshaft and connecting rod rotating assembly, with 9.1:1 compression hypereutectic pistons. The full roller camshaft provides 0.481 intake/0.480 exhaust lift with 187 intake/193 exhaust duration at .050 with a 97 degree lobe separation. The engines also include a new oil pan, a set of valve covers, and a timing cover to finish them off. We purchased the last of these new-in-the-box engines from Blueprint. This means we cannot extend a warranty from the manufacturer; however, we do offer our standard 90-day handshake guarantee. These billet serpentine systems are easy to install, budget friendly, and styled just right. Summit serpentine belt systems start with a CNC-machined, 1/2 in. thick, 6061 T6 billet aluminum face plate, which has positive belt adjusting holes for both the alternator and A/C pump, plus beveled edges and a machined Summit logo. You also get CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum crank, water pump, alternator, power steering, and clutch cover pulleys, plus a chrome 105 or 140 Amp alternator, a chrome Sanden SD-7 A/C compressor with manifold lines (as noted), an as-cast aluminum GM Type 2 power steering pump (as noted), an as-cast GM high-flow water pump, a serpentine belt, and all the mounting hardware you need. It might look fancy, but adjustments are easy, all you need is a pinch bar and a socket wrench.

Each of our combos contain BTR multi-layer header gaskets, an ARP chromoly header bolt kit, and Precision Turbo and Engine turbocharger gaskets, along with a Summit Racing™ Pro LS turbo manifold and wastegate.
