Summit Racing™ complete electric exhaust cutout kits give you the best of both worlds--an OEM-quality quiet sound for the street, and a wide-open race growl for the track. These kits are designed to be welded or clamped into the existing exhaust, and can be opened and closed from inside the cockpit with an included "one-touch" flip switch. Even better, one rocker switch controls both sides of the dual cutouts, or they can be wired independently of each other. Summit Racing™ 12v Electric Vacuum Pumps
Summit Racing™ 12 V electric vacuum pumps utilize a rotary vane style pump with an enlarged diaphragm to ensure maximum suction while remaining nearly dead-quiet and vibration-free. Utilizing a Manifold Absolute Vacuum/Pressure (MAVP) sensor eliminates the need for old-school vacuum switches and relays. This configuration also guarantees an incredibly quick vacuum recovery time, ensuring 17 in. to 23 in. Hg vacuum all the time. The pumps come in four standard configurations: Bare (no outer shell), Black, Chrome, or Gunmetal Gray ABS plastic outer shell. Summit Racing™ Vacuum Pump and Reservoir Kits
Maintain your brake vacuum level with one of these Summit Racing™ vacuum pump and reservoir kits. They're self-contained units that require no wiring of the relays or switches. Simply connect the positive/negative power—and the units will regulate the vacuum level itself. The vacuum pumps are designed to activate when vacuum drops below 15 in. and increase the brake vacuum level to 20 in. These pumps are made for vehicles using engine combinations that provide little or no manifold vacuum required for braking. They can be mounted in any position. The included vacuum reservoirs will allow you enough extra vacuum for stopping and to power any other accessories that require a vacuum source. Summit Racing™ vacuum-actuated exhaust cutout kits are the ultimate cutouts for longevity and reliability. They are designed to withstand the harshest conditions imaginable underneath your car with bodies built from ceramic coated stainless steel that use a vacuum-actuated turbocharger wastegate actuator to open and close the blade. They function in high-heat environments and have been proven to work at temperatures as high as 2,000 degrees. Summit Racing™ Digital RTR Plus Billet Distributors
We've taken our original Ready-to-Run billet distributors and upped the ante with our Summit Racing™ Digital RTR (Ready-to-Run) Plus billet distributors. They now feature a digital module with a 7.5 amp rated dwell control circuit for maximum energy output. They deliver 400 volts and 125mJ of spark energy to the coil and upwards of 50,000 volts from the coil to the spark plugs. We've also added a single-stage rev limiter with a simple "tap to ground" process of the tachometer lead attached to the module to set the limiter. The tachometer dual purpose lead also produces a 25 percent duty cycle, square wave signal, so it can be used with multifunction tachometers and most popular aftermarket EFI systems. Another bonus feature of our digital technology is a fully automatic start retard. This built-in feature provides 4 degrees of timing retard during cranking and is fully dialed out by 300 rpm. This gives you easier and quicker hot restarts while lowering the initial start load on the starter and electrical system. With all these upgraded features, you're assured of peak output throughout all RPM ranges, quicker hot starts, EFI capability and the reliability of digital technology. The distributors still have the same lightweight, forged, precision CNC-machined aluminum housing for strength and stability; polished steel shafts with sealed ball bearings for stable operation through 10,000 rpm; and a maintenance-free, high-output magnetic trigger for accurate and reliable performance. All distributors come with a high-quality, 30 percent glass-filled PBT cap and rotor with brass terminals and contacts. An ignition box is not required for use with Summit Racing™ Digital RTR Plus billet distributors except when used with an aftermarket EFI system.
