Summit Racing™ Digital GM High Energy Modules with Rev Limiters
Summit Racing™ offers GM high-energy modules with rev limiters that enable you to adjust the rpm limit from 5,000 to 9,500 rpm. They are high performance modules built for HEI distributors, producing 50 percent higher coil drive currents than the stock module. This saturates the coil faster, delivering more spark energy at top speeds. Your benefits are increased horsepower and rpm range, plus improved starting. GM HEI modules replace all 4-pin modules used in HEI distributors with a vacuum advance canister. They can be used with factory or aftermarket HEI distributors.

These packages includes a Summit blueprinted HEI distributor with a powerful 50,000V coil, a high-output 5.7 amp module for precise timing, and a hardened iron drive gear suitable for use with a flat tappet camshaft. Plus, a set of custom-fit Summit 8mm ignition wires, which have a spiral-wound 270 ohm/ft. conductor around an aramid fiber core, blue silicone outer jackets, and stainless steel and brass terminals.

The distributors have a black alkyd cap and some models also feature vacuum advance.
