This additive significantly improves the spraying ability by locking metallic and pearl effect particles in place for an even, streak-free finish. The paint stabilizer also converts acrylic urethane topcoats into fast-drying, low-gloss, basecoat-like finishes. It is formulated to maintain 2.8 VOC topcoat system compliance.
