Our Summit Racing™ Ready-to-Run billet distributors provide reliable spark throughout the rpm range, so they'll deliver the performance you need, no matter what you drive--race car, street machine, or hauler. The affordable distributors have high-dollar features that outperform the competition, like a lightweight aluminum housing that's precision CNC-machined for strength and stability, polished steel shafts with sealed ball bearings for stable operation through 10,000 rpm, and a maintenance-free, high-output magnetic trigger for accurate and reliable performance. The distributors have a black alkyd cap and some models also feature vacuum advance. An ignition box is not required for use with Summit Racing™ Ready-to-Run billet distributors except when used with an aftermarket EFI system.

Summit Racing™ Street Series 500 Ohm 8mm Ignition Wires
"Summit Street Series" 8mm ignition wire sets give you an all-around high quality constructed wire set and custom fit. Our street proven wire sets offer a high heat black silicone outer jacket and high dielectric strength inner jacket bonded together with fiberglass matting to provide you with the ultimate in a street series wire set. The 8mm construction protects the 500ohm per foot Mag wire-wound RFI suppression core from the thermal heat breakdown, associated with the extreme heat from the street. The use of fiberglass matting construction means you get industry leading terminal resistance pull off values to keep your connections strong. Stainless steel terminals with Posi-lock hardened clips and brass terminals are used for superior connection and consistent voltage delivery. High heat-resistant black silicone spark plug boots provide the cover you need for superior radiant heat resistance and high dielectric strength. With all of these features built into our "Summit Street Series" custom 8mm sets, you can be assured that installing one of our wire sets will give you the confidence and reliability to keep your ride running at its peak performance.
