Strange Billet Aluminum Differential Main Bearing End Caps
These Strange billet aluminum differential main bearing end caps are lighter and far superior in strength to OEM caps. They are manufactured from heat-treated 2024-T351 billet aluminum and will provide exceptional durability at minimal weight. The end caps include 12-point chromoly steel and black oxide finished mounting hardware to complete installation.

Strange 9 in. Iron Cases
Strange 9 in. nodular iron cases have steel bearing caps with socket head cap screws and machined adjusting nuts. The cases use D-4512 nodular iron--eight percent stronger than OEM nodular iron--and have extra material around the pinion pilot bearing area to prevent cracking. The bolt holes are deep-tapped and cast with extra material around their diameters. Bearing bores and reinforcing ribs are also cast with additional material for strength, and the stud holes are spot-faced to prevent leaks and mounting surface damage.
